The detergent dosing device in conventional automatic washing machines has a device between the washing tank and the water supply valve that supplies water to the same tank.
A detergent inlet was provided, and the detergent was poured into the washing tank along with the water supplied to the washing tank, and the detergent was dissolved in the water by the water flow generated by the pulsator. For this reason, if detergent absorbs moisture and hardens, it will be difficult to dissolve in water and may clog drain passages such as drain valves. In particular, natural detergents (so-called powdered soaps made from oils and fats) not only easily absorb moisture, but also are difficult to dissolve in cold water.
It can become particulate and float in water, clogging drainage passages or remaining on clothing.
To solve this problem, it is necessary to install a device that heats the water in the washing tank to a temperature that easily dissolves the detergent, or to continuously supply hot water from a water heater connected to the water supply valve, which is expensive. This method requires a large amount of equipment and is also undesirable from an energy saving standpoint.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, this invention
A concentrated detergent solution is created by sufficiently dissolving detergent in water outside the washing tank, and then the concentrated detergent solution is supplied together with water to the washing tank so that the detergent is well dissolved even in cold water. This allows the washing process to begin in the dissolved liquid in the washing tank, which prevents detergent particles from clogging the drain passage or remaining on clothes, and also drains all of the water in the washing tank. It easily dissolves detergent without the need for heating or a water heater.

Particularly, this invention provides a container into which detergent can be added separately from the washing tank, supplies enough water to dissolve the detergent into the container, dissolves the detergent well in the water, and then adds water to the washing tank. The washing process is started by supplying water together with the detergent solution in the container to ensure that the detergent is dissolved before the washing process.

In addition, this invention provides an automatic washing machine equipped with a washing tank that also serves as a dehydration tank, in which water sufficient to dissolve detergent is supplied into the water receiving tank surrounding the washing tank, the detergent is well dissolved in the water, and then the washing machine is By supplying water into the water receiving tank including the tank and starting the washing process, it is possible to reliably dissolve the detergent before the washing process.

Now, when detergent is put into the container 9 and the main switch S1 of the timer is closed, the water supply valve 14 is energized through the contact a of the switch S2 and the low water level contact NC of the water level switch PS1 which responds to the water level in the container 9. , water is supplied to the container 9. Predetermined water level L in container 9
(lower than the upper end of the siphon pipe 17), the water level switch PS1 switches to the high water level contact NO, and at the same time the water supply is stopped, the temperature sensitive switch
The heater 13 is energized through the low temperature contact NC of the TH, and the water in the container 9 is heated. When the water temperature reaches a predetermined value (approximately 30° C.), the temperature sensitive switch TH is switched to the high temperature contact NO, the small motor 12 is driven, and the hot water in the container 9 is stirred to thoroughly dissolve the detergent. At the same time, the timer motor 21 is also driven, and the switch S2 is switched to the contact point b after a predetermined time. Thereby, the small motor 12 stops dissolving and stirring the detergent, and at the same time, the water supply valve 14 is energized again via the low water level contact NC of the water level switch PS2 of the washing tank 2.

Since water is supplied at this time regardless of the water level switch PS1 of the container 9, the thick detergent solution in the container 9 is diluted and overflows from the overflow port 16, and is supplied into the washing tank 2. When the clothes to be washed in the washing tank 2 are soaked and water is supplied to a predetermined water level, the water level switch PS2 is switched to the high water level contact NO, and the motor 19 and the timer motor 21 are energized.
Note that when the water supply valve 14 is closed, the water level in the container 9 is higher than the upper end of the siphon pipe 17, so the dilute detergent solution in the container 9 flows into the siphon pipe 17.
Most of the amount flows out into the washing tank 2 due to the siphon action.

In this embodiment, the washing tank 2 has a large number of dehydration holes 3 on the side wall, and also has holes 3a on the bottom wall. The water receiving tank 4 also serves as a container for dissolving detergent, and has a heater 13 and a temperature-sensitive switch TH at its inner bottom. Further, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, a wash-dehydration switching magnet 35 is provided separately from a drain valve operation magnet, and an intermittent switch CS, which repeats opening and closing in short periods, is inserted into and removed from the circuit of the motor 19. The switch S9 is controlled by the timer motor 21 as shown in FIG.

Water supplied into the washing tank 2 from the water supply port 14b of the water supply valve 14 first comes out from the hole 3a of the washing tank 2 and is stored in the water receiving tank 4. When the water is supplied to the water level L, which is enough to submerge the bottom of the washing tank 2, the water level switch is activated.
The PS1 is switched from the low water level contact NC to the high water level contact NO, the heater 13 is energized, and a small amount of water in the water tank 4 is heated. When the predetermined temperature is reached, the temperature sensitive switch TH switches to the high temperature contact NO and the timer motor 21 is energized. At this time, switch S7
is in contact with contact b and switch S9 is in contact with contact a, so motor 19 is in contact with intermittent switch CS
The magnet 35 is switched to the dewatering side and the washing tank 2
rotates at an extremely low speed. Since the outer side of the water agitation projection 35 of the washing tank 2 is a recess 35a, the recess 35a is used as a stirring blade to stir the warm water in the water receiving tank 4, and the detergent input from the detergent input port 32 is poured into the warm water. After a predetermined period of time, when the switch S2 changes to contact b, dissolving and stirring the detergent is stopped, and water supply is restarted in the same manner as in the previous embodiment. As the water level in the water receiving tank 4 rises, a hole 3a and a dewatering hole 3 are formed in the washing tank 2.
A diluted detergent solution flows in and soaks the clothes to be washed. When the predetermined water level is reached, the water level switch PS2 is switched to the high water level contact NO and the washing process is started, as in the previous embodiment.

As described above, this invention dissolves detergent in water outside the washing tank to create a concentrated detergent solution, and then supplies the thick detergent solution together with water to the washing tank, so that the detergent is well dissolved even in cold water.
There is no need to worry about detergent particles clogging the drainage passage or sticking to clothes and remaining on them, as was the case in the past. In addition, especially for products such as natural detergents where it is preferable to use warm water, it is sufficient to generate a small amount of hot water outside the washing tank, so there is no need to warm the water that fills the washing tank or supply hot water from a water heater as in the conventional method. This means that you can wash it economically.

Furthermore, this invention provides a container into which detergent can be poured separately from the washing tank, supplies enough water to dissolve the detergent into the container, stops the supply after supply, and stirs or heats/stirs the water in the container. The thick detergent solution that has formed in the container is supplied to the washing tank along with water, and after that supply, the water in the tank is first stirred to start the washing process. Because the detergent is made of solid water, it is possible to reliably dissolve the detergent before the washing process, and there is no clogging of the drainage passage due to the detergent, and stable performance can be maintained over a long period of time.

In addition, the second invention is an automatic washing machine equipped with a washing tank that also serves as a dehydration tank, in which a water receiving tank surrounding the washing tank is also used as a container for dissolving detergent.
There is no need to attach a dedicated dissolution container separate from the washing tank, which makes it possible to manufacture it at a lower cost. And it can be reliably dissolved.
