給が自動的に停止されるバーコードリーダであつ
て、 該バーコードリーダの電源部を、主電源と、該
主電源からの電力供給をオン・オフするスイツチ
と、該スイツチをオンするトリガ信号を出力する
トリガ回路と、上記主電源からの電力供給を開始
させるスタート信号及び上記トリガ信号を発生す
るための副電源を備えて構成し、 上記トリガ回路は、上記スタート信号の発生に
よつてカウントを開始しバーコードリーダの読取
動作によつてクリヤされるカウンタを有し、該カ
ウンタがあらかじめ設定したカウント数に達した
時にトリガ信号の出力を停止するものであり、 上記スイツチは、上記トリガ信号の出力停止に
伴なつてオフして上記主電源からの電力供給を停
止させるものであることを特徴とする自動節電機
