格納するためのメモリを備えた車載用機器のメモ
リ保護回路であつて、バツクアツプ電圧供給線路
に配置された大容量コンデンサと、この大容量コ
ンデンサと電源間に配置された逆流防止用のダイ
オードと、このダイオードの保護用抵抗と、前記
大容量コンデンサからの電圧供給を制御する手段
とを設け、イグニツシヨンスイツチの操作に伴な
う電源電圧降下時、前記大容量コンデンサの充電
電荷により前記メモリを保護するようになしたこ
