- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 一対の側板間に、左右対称にわたされる４本
の扁平な支持棒とで構成され、該４本の扁平な支
持棒は、それぞれ多数のウエーハ受け用切り込み
溝を内側にもち、外側の上縁がアールづけされ、
また下縁が０．５mm以下のアールのシヤープな陵
線に形成されると共に、それぞれの支持棒の扁平
面は、外側が下方に傾斜状に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とするウエーハ洗浄用キヤリヤ治具。 ２ 扁平な支持棒が、その両端部を上記側板に形
成された貫通孔に嵌入固定されている実用新案登
