Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 第１歯車と、この第１歯車と同軸的に配置
されかつ軸方向に直交する面がフリクシヨン材を
介して前記第１歯車の軸方向に直交する面に弾性
的に当接するように設けられた第２歯車とを有す
る複合歯車装置において、前記第２歯車は硬質合
成樹脂で作られた軸受部と、この軸受部の外周部
に設けられ、軟質合成樹脂で作られた外周歯部と
を有し、前記フリクシヨン材は前記軸受部のみと
接触することを特徴とする複合歯車装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
前記軸受部と前記外周歯部とは射出成形により一
体的に形成されていることを特徴とする複合歯車
装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
前記軸受部の前記フリクシヨン材に接する面は粗
面になつていることを特徴とする複合歯車装置。
