Abstract

PURPOSE:To completely discharge out of the room drain water such as dew or the like generated from an evaporator when it overflows by forming a water receiving pan into a dual structure by setting the height of the inside water receiving pan lower than that of the outside water receiving pan. CONSTITUTION:A water receiving device 8 has a dual structure comprising an internal water receiving pan 14 made of a highly heat-insulating material and an external water receiving pan 13 covering the entire outside of the internal water receiving pan 13. Since the internal water receiving pan 14 is lower than the external water receiving pan 13, drain water such as dew which has overflowed therefrom flows through a clearance formed between the internal water receiving pan 14 and the external water receiving pan 13 and is discharged via a drain port 15.

In the figure, reference numeral 14 denotes a water tray made of a highly insulating material on the inside, and 13 denotes a water tray shaped to cover the entire outside of the water tray 14. As shown in the figure, the height of the outer water tray 13 and the height of the inner water tray 14 are such that the inner water tray is lower as shown by A in the figure. Therefore, drain water such as dew that has reflowed from the inner water receiver 14 is transferred to the inner water receiver 14 and the outer water receiver 13 as shown by the arrow in FIG.
The water flows into the gap and is discharged via the drain port 15.

Therefore, even if drain water such as dew generated from the heat exchanger 7 overflows from the inner water receiver 14 for some reason, the height of the inner water receiver 14 is low, so that the outer water receiver can be used. At 1a, the receiver is discharged to the outside of the room. Furthermore, the inner water tray 14 can be made smaller.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention has a double structure for the water tray, and the height of the inner water tray provided in the outer water tray is lower than that of the outer water tray, thereby reducing evaporation. Even if drain water such as dew generated from the container overflows, it can be completely discharged outside. Furthermore, the inner water tray can be manufactured using a small amount of material, and the overall size of the water tray can be reduced.
