Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a small-sized main body by a method wherein an evaporator and a condensor are integrally bent into a dogleg-shape, a heat exchanger and a drain pipe for the condensor are eliminated. CONSTITUTION:An evaporator 5 and a condensor 6 are connected by an end plate 5a having a dogleg-shape and integrally formed to each other. Indoor air sucked from an indoor air suction port 7 at a front surface passes through the evaporator 5, thereafter the air is supplied by an indoor fan 4a from an indoor air blowing port 8 at a front surface into a room as a cold air. In turn, outdoor air sucked from an outdoor suction port 9 at a rear surface passes through the condensor 6, thereafter the air is discharged as hot air from the outdoor blowing port 10 at a rear surface out of the room by an outdoor fan 4b. Condensed water at the fins of the evaporator 5 is accumulated in a lower water pan 11. The accumulated condensed water passes through a small hole 14, drips onto an upper end of the condensor 6, the water is evaporated again by heat from the condensor 6 and blown out of the room. Accordingly, the water pipe is not required. Since the part of the condensor 6 of the heat exchanger is slightly inclined from a horizontal plane, its vertical sizes can be reduced while keeping an aeration area.

Next, condensed water will be explained. The condensed water condensed on the fins of the evaporator 5 is collected in a water tray 11 installed below the evaporator 5.
It accumulates in As shown in FIG. 4, the water tray 11 has a plurality of quadrangular pyramid-shaped depressions #11h, each of which has a small hole 14 at its bottom, so that the condensed water collected in the water tray 11 is drained from the top. It passes through the front small hole 14 and drips onto the upper end of the condenser 6. Thereafter, while flowing along the fins of the condenser 6, it is re-evaporated by the heat of the condenser 6, and is discharged outdoors together with the outdoor air.

従って凝縮水処理のために必要とされていた排6へ−7 水パイプは不要となる。Therefore, for condensate treatment, it was necessary to drain 6-7. Water pipes are no longer required.

Further, since the heat of vaporization of the condensed water is obtained from the condenser 6, the condensing ability is improved.
By providing a plurality of condensed water 4, condensed water can be sent to the condenser 6 evenly.

Furthermore, by adopting a dogleg-shaped heat exchanger, in this embodiment, the condenser 6 part of the heat exchanger is slightly tilted from horizontal, so while ensuring the same ventilation area as the conventional one, It is also possible to reduce the size of the main body 1 in the vertical direction.

Note that the shape of the depression lla provided in the water receiving tray 11 is a square pyramid shape in this embodiment, but it may be a cone shape or the like as long as it has a similar function. Further, the number of small holes 14 is not particularly limited. Further, the water tray 11 may be integrated with the partition plate 2.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a combination of an evaporator and a condenser.
7. By integrating the heat exchanger into one mold, the number of drain pipes for condensed water treatment can be reduced, and the main body can be made smaller, resulting in significant cost reductions. It is something that can be achieved.
