の螺旋状の切込み羽根2′が略全長に亘つて形成
されており、このためケーシングを回転させて地
盤に貫入する掘削時にケーシングの略全長に亘る
切込み羽根2′が地盤に喰込むと共に底蓋の枢着
部および閉止部が抵抗となつて掘削抵抗が過大と
なり、しばしば掘進不能に陥ることがあつた。ま
た、地盤に貫入したケーシング内に砂を充填した
後ケーシングを引抜く工程でも、地盤に螺旋状の
切込み羽根が喰込んでいるので、これを回転する
ことなく直線状に引抜くことが困難で掘進方向と
反対に微回転させながら引抜かなければならず、
このため、引抜きに手間取るばかりでなく、回転
のために砂を充填した砂袋を切断または損傷する
などの不都合が生じていた。

グの上方へ傾斜するケーシング軸線方向の小フイ
ンを設けたため、ケーシングの貫入時には地盤が
ケーシングの直径より大径で掘削されることによ
つてケーシング外周面の地盤への喰込みがなく、
このため掘削抵抗が減少して原動機の過負荷が避
けられると共に貫入時間が短縮され、しかも、底
蓋が平面状であるから、従来どおり、孔曲がりの
おそれがない。ケーシングの引抜き時にはそれを
回転させることなく直線状にしかも短時間で抜取
ることができ、施工の作業能率を著しく向上させ

よび枢着部および閉止部の外側部に取付けたチツ
プによつて同部およびケーシング外周面の摩耗が
防止され、装置の耐用が著しく延長される等、極
めて有用な新規的効果を奏するものである。
