続する切換装置と、該切換装置とバツテリ電源と
の間に介在し該切換装置と該バツテリ電源との接
続を断続する開閉装置と、該開閉装置を駆動する
駆動装置と、該開閉装置と前記切換装置との接続
点の電圧を検出し該電圧が予め設定された基準電
圧より低下したことを検出すると該駆動装置によ
り前記開閉装置を開放させる電圧検出装置と、前
記切換装置と負荷との接続点に接続され該切換装
置を介して主電源からの給電でもつて電荷を蓄積
する蓄電装置とを具備したことを特徴とする警戒
