バツテリー容量が充分の時ラツチングリレーにセ
ツト信号を出力する充電回路と、平常時前記直流
を充電するバツテリーと、商用電源の事故時前記
バツテリーから供給される直流を少なくとも安定
化する電源回路と、表示器等を制御し、そして前
記バツテリーの容量が不充分の時はラツチングリ
レーにリセツト信号を出力する制御回路と、前記
バツテリーから供給される直流を少なくとも交流
にするインバータと、前記バツテリーと前記イン
バータの間に設けられそして前記充電回路の出力
によりセツト状態となり、前記制御回路の出力に
よりリセツト状態となるラツチングリレーと、外
部信号を前記ラツチングリレーに入力する外部信
号入力端子と、商用電源から供給される交流をそ
のまま出力するスルー回路と、前記インバータ側
と前記スルー回路側とを切り替える回路切り替え
