Claims (1)
- 凹字状の縦断面形を有し中央部に粉塵供給部を
設けたチヤンバーと、前記中央部に設けられた攪
拌フアンと、前記チヤンバーの両側部の対面する
壁部に設けられて基準粉塵計と被験粉塵計の各吸
気孔と各排気孔とにそれぞれ接続する接続口とか
らなることを特徴とする較正用粉塵チヤンバー。
