過させる微孔質膜の一方の側に原液室を設けると
ともに、その原液室に原液供給管および原液排出
管を設け、微孔質膜の他方の側に冷却板を設けて
その冷却板と上記微孔質膜の間を凝縮室としその
凝縮室で生じた蒸留水を外部へ取り出す装置にお
いて、上記原液室内に上端が固定された電気ヒー
タを設け、その電気ヒータの支持部に上記原液供
給管の先端を臨設させたことを特徴とするサーモ
