Conventional technology Conventionally, when burying pipes etc. in roads,
Cut asphalt concrete to the required width, excavate that part, place pipes, etc., fill it with sand, then fill in crushed stone, and add asphalt concrete that is thinner than the asphalt concrete of the actual pavement to the top. When the asphalt concrete was laid down and hardened, it was temporarily paved, and when it was time to pave it permanently, the temporary asphalt concrete was peeled off and discarded. On this occasion,
During temporary paving, sand and crushed stone are put in to harden the area, which creates noise.Furthermore, when paving for real, the temporary paving is peeled off, which generates cutting noise, which causes problems for nearby residents. It had been. Also,
These works took several days, and the asphalt concrete of the temporary pavement that had peeled off had no choice but to be discarded, creating meaningless industrial waste.

In addition, road laying mats with protrusions on the surface are known as Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 49-41937 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. 48-15735, but both of these mats have protrusions extending all the way to the periphery and are identical. Because they are thick, if they are laid on a road, there will be a step between the side and the general road, making it easy for pedestrians to trip, and when multiple sheets are laid, they should be joined together so that there are no gaps at the joints. Although a member is required, this connecting member protrudes from the upper surface of the mat.

Furthermore, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 152204/1983 describes a column-shaped pile mat installed at the entrance of a temporary goods access road to facilitate the entry of vehicles.
An elastic pine with a sloped upper surface was developed in 1988-100505.
Each of these mats was proposed in the above publications, but only one end of these mats was thin and could only be continued in one direction.

Problems to be solved by this invention In view of the above-mentioned points, this invention enables early temporary restoration of the construction site without temporarily paving it with asphalt concrete, makes it passable, and prevents passersby from stumbling. The purpose of this invention is to provide a temporary restoration pine that can be laid in multiple pieces according to the construction area without taking into consideration the construction area.

Function: Due to road construction, one or more temporary restoration pine mats will be laid in rows depending on the construction area until the final paving is completed. If you are laying multiple sheets, you can attach joining tape to the thin ends of the ends, or
Lay the adjacent thin sections overlapping each other.

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing how the rubber mat 1 of the present invention is used for temporary restoration of road construction, in which pipe A is laid,
Sand B is used as a filling sand layer, then crushed stone C is filled up to the conventional asphalt concrete portion D to form a crushed stone layer, and a rubber mat 1 is laid on this crushed stone layer with its ends joined together. Next, the joining tape 9 is pasted and fixed to the thinned joint of the adjacent rubber mat 1 and the thinned joint of the existing asphalt road surface and the rubber mat 1 so as to straddle both. In the actual paving, the joining tape 9 is peeled off and the rubber mat 1 laid down is removed.

Effects of the invention As described above, if the present invention is used, there is no need to perform temporary paving that generates noise, and temporary restoration can be carried out with simple work. For the actual paving, for example, all that is required is peeling off the joint tape and removing the pine. that's why,
In addition to improving work efficiency, the mat can be used repeatedly and only the joining tape is discarded, making it extremely economical. In addition, the pine is flexible and has been made gradually thinner over its entire periphery, so it can be continued in any direction without considering directionality, and there is no difference in level from the existing asphalt around the entire periphery, causing pedestrians to trip. Therefore, when the periphery is bonded with bonding tape, the top surface of the bonding tape does not protrude from the top surface of the mat, and therefore the tape does not peel off when something hits it. In addition, even if the ends of adjacent pine mats are laid one on top of the other, their top surfaces do not protrude above the top surface of the pine mats, and there is no gap between them even if a joining material is used at the joint, making it easy to walk on. It can be fitted into the hole. Furthermore, the rubber mat has many small protrusions on its surface, making it less slippery and easier to walk on in the rain.

It is to be noted that the mat of the present invention is effective when used in combination of the mats shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mats shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and the mat shown in FIG. 7 as appropriate.
