Claims (1)
- ハウジング軸孔内周に気密的に担持された固定
リングおよび該固定リングと密接摺動し回転軸側
に気密的に担持された回転リング等よりなるメカ
ニカルシールの軸方向両側空間と、前記ハウジン
グ内に別途形設した環状空間を、該環状空間から
前記両側空間へ貫通した連通孔をもつて連通せし
め、かつ前記環状空間に気密的に展開された可撓
性の環状シートをもつて前記両側空間を遮断して
なることを特徴とするメカニカルシールの均圧機
構。
