点を有していた。 A plurality of dyed material veneers are laminated and pressed together using an adhesive to form a composite fritchi, and this composite fritchi is sliced in a predetermined direction that intersects with the laminated surface to match the cut surface of the material veneer with the wood grain. In the conventional manufacturing method of artificial decorative veneer, which is exposed as a pattern on the wood surface and the growth ring lines of the wood grain pattern are made to stand out due to the difference in dye density between the outer surface and the inside of the material veneer, The disadvantage is that the wood grain pattern of the resulting artificially decorated veneer changes color and discolors due to tanning of the wood parts due to the effects of ultraviolet rays, decomposition of dyes, and other changes over time, and the dyeing of the entire surface of the wood becomes uniform, making the growth ring lines unclear. However, there remains a drawback that the overall wood grain pattern has little discoloration over time, and it lacks a natural look because it does not have the natural discoloration that occurs in the woody parts of natural wood, which has a large discoloration over time.

得るものである。 An embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In other words, the method for manufacturing this artificially decorated veneer is as follows:
The material veneer 1 shown in FIG. 1A is immersed in a dyeing bath 2 containing 0.05% imidazole as shown in FIG. As shown in Figure C, it is laminated on the uneven mold 3 using an adhesive and bonded by pressure to obtain an uneven assembly frit 4, and this uneven assembly frit 4 is laminated from the direction intersecting the laminated surface as shown in Figure D. By slicing, an artificial decorative veneer 5 as shown in FIG. 2 is obtained, in which the cut surface of each material veneer 1 is expressed as a wood grain pattern on the wood surface.

In the inside of the material veneer 1 where the degree of penetration of the dye is small, the penetration of the imidazole (or its acid addition salt) is also small, and on the contrary, in the surface layer of the material veneer 1 where the annual ring part 5b is expressed, the penetration of the dye is significant and at the same time. The imidazole (or its acid addition salt) has also sufficiently penetrated, and the aging of the artificially decorated veneer 5 shows that the annual rings 5b, where the imidazole has sufficiently penetrated, have little discoloration, and the woody regions 5a, where the imidazole has insufficiently penetrated, have little discoloration. The discoloration becomes more severe, and the process of discoloration closely resembles that of natural wood.

粧単板とすることができる。 As described above, the method for producing artificially decorated veneers of the present invention includes a dyeing process of dyeing a material veneer with a dyeing solution of an acid dye containing imidazole or its acid addition salt, and a dyeing process of dyeing a plurality of veneers subjected to the dyeing process. The method includes a composite fritch forming process in which material veneers are laminated and pressure-bonded via an adhesive to obtain a composite frit; and a slicing process in which the composite frit is sliced in a direction intersecting the laminated surface. Among the wood grain patterns expressed on the surface of decorative veneers, imidazole (or its acid addition salts), which has a high effect of preventing discoloration and fading, penetrates into the annual rings, while imidazole (or its acid addition salts) has a high penetration rate in the woody parts. Penetration is small, and the discoloration of the woody part becomes more pronounced than that of the annual rings due to aging, making it possible to create an artificially decorated veneer with a rich natural feel, following a discoloration process that closely resembles that of natural wood.
