【従来の技術1

【発明が解決しようとする問題点1
従来の自動マージヤン装置は、17枚の牌を伏せて整列
し、これを二段に積んで4人の競技者の競技位置に揃え
、壁牌を形成する迄の行程を自動化したものであった為
、各競技者は手牌の配分即ち配牌から競技を開始しなけ
ればならなかった。ところが、この配牌は各競技者が順
に壁層から所定枚数ずつ数回に亘って取ってこなければ
ならない為に、途中で牌を落してしまうとか、壁層を崩
すといったトラブルが生じ、円滑且つ迅速な競技の妨げ
となっていた。
そこで、簡易な機構により配牌をも自動化し、麻雀競技
の本質とは直接関係のない作業は極力なくすように構成
したのが本発明自動マージヤン装置である。
【問題点を解決するための手段】
本発明自動マージヤン装置は、卓には和了後の牌を投入
する為の牌投入孔と、壁層及び手牌を卓の下から競り上
げる為の開口を並列にして各競技位置に設け、牌投入孔
にはスイッチのオン、オフにより電気的に開閉運動を行
う扉を設けた。一方、この卓の下位には、牌投入孔から
投げ入れられた牌を受は攪拌して洗牌すると共に、牌を
所定の方向に向ける姿勢制御ができるように周縁上顎部
に磁性体を有するターンテーブルを設け、又、洗牌後の
牌を四個所の競技位置へと搬送するため、平面を四角状
に旋回運動をするエンドレスのスクエアーコンベアを設
けた。そして、各競技位置に相当する四個所に壁層と手
牌をそれぞれ区分して整列させる膨軟置台を設置すると
共に、この膨軟置台に、モータにより往復運動をするリ
フト機構を接続して、壁層及び手牌を整列させた牌e置
台を上昇させ、前記開口から卓上に壁層と手牌を競り上
げるようにし、膨軟置台への壁層と手牌の分配は、コン
ベアにより搬送された牌をホルダーにより所定枚数保持
し、それを平行移動させて膨軟置台へと移送する振分は
機構を設けて行うように構成し1.l1qIは裏面側の
内部に磁性体を埋設したものを使用するようにした。
(作 用]
競技中、1局が和了すればスイッチをオンし、卓の酊を
開いて牌投入孔へ全ての牌を投げ入れる。
牌は卓の下位のターンテーブルにより洗牌され、遠心力
で順次ターンテーブルの周縁部へ飛ばされ、上顎部の磁
性体に牌の磁性体が吸引されることにより、牌は裏面側
を上顎部に接触した状態で順次コンベア上へと送出され
る。コンベアに載った牌は、先ず第一の競技位置にあた
る個所の振分は機構に次々と保持され、第一ステップと
して11枚の牌がコンベアから平行移動されて壁牌待機
台へ送られる。この時、壁牌待機台、は牌の厚さ分だけ
下降する。第ニステップとして、次の11枚の牌が振分
けtj[に保持され、壁牌待機台に並んだ11枚の牌の

【実 施 例]
本発明自動マージヤン装置の実施例を図面と共に次に説
明する。
1は上板2が方形をなす箱状の卓で、基板3に立設した
支柱4により支持されている。卓1の上板2には中央部
分に牌投入孔5が設けてあり、この牌投入孔5には電e
ip6が設けである。7,8゜9.10は前記上板2に
設けた壁牌用の開口、11゜12、13.14は前記開

開口で、それらの開口は競技者が壁牌及び手牌を並べる

ンベア18と平行にして設けた壁牌用待機台で、この檗
牌用待機台21.22゜23、24は、ソレノイド25
により少なくとも牌15の厚さ分に相当する高さを下降

18と平行にして設けである。30は膨軟置台で壁牌用

フト機構34が接続しである。リフト機構34は、モー
タ35により回転する軸36にディスク37を固定し、
このディスク37の周縁部分にロッド38を接続したも
のでロッド38の他端を前記支持金具33に接続するこ
とにより支持金具33を昇降させるようにしである。
そしてこの膨軟置台30は、前記壁牌用載置台21゜2
2、23.24に壁牌用e置台31が並び、手牌用待機
台26.27.28.29に手牌用載置台32が並ぶよ
うにして設置しである。39は振分は機構でコンベア1

尚、四個所に設けた壁牌及び手牌を配分する為の機構は
、歯車伝動機構により1基のモータ35で駆動できるよ
うにしである。第6図はこの歯車伝動機構を示したもの
である。
次に上記実施例に基いてその作用を説明する。
1局の競技が和了し、点数計算等所要の作業が終了すれ
ば競技者の一人が卓上のスイッチ61を押す。このスイ
ッチ61のオンにより上板2の扉6が開き、各競技者は
上板2の上の牌を全て膨設入孔5から卓1の内部へ落と
す。全ての牌はターンテーブル16が受け、このターン
テーブル16が前記スイッチ61のオンにより回転運動
をすることにより洗牌が行われる。
洗牌されている牌は、ターンテーブル16の回転による
遠心力で順次外周縁方向へと飛ばされ、ターンテーブル
16の上顎部17に設けた磁性体の吸引力により牌は裏
面側を吸着されて案内路20へと送られる。案内路20
を経る牌は、牌の長さ方向を向けて進行しコンベア18
上に載置される。この時、牌は長さ方向がコンベア18
の進行方向と直交している。コンベア18は前記スイッ
チ61のオンにより旋回運動をしており、牌はコンベア
18によって次々と搬送され、先ず第一の競技位置62
へ向かう。
第一の競技位置62では、振分けn構39のホルダー4
1がそのストッパー44をコンベア18に対して垂直方
向に向けて牌の進行を阻止しており、ホルダー41内に
12枚の牌が保持されたことを検知器が検出すると、振

はモータにより第4図中時計針方向へと回転し、ベルト
伝vJR構により第二のベルト57を右回りさせる。こ

けた膨設入孔から落し込むだけの作業をすれば良く、洗
