エアクリーナと、一端が該エアクリーナの空気流
出側に接続され他端が吸気マニホールドに接続さ
れるホツトワイヤ式エアフローメータとからなる
自動車用エンジンの吸気装置において、上記エア
クリーナの空気吸入側の開口部と空気流出側の開
口部とを上記ペーパエレメントを挾んで対向配置
させると共に、該空気吸入側開口部と空気流出側
開口部とを結ぶ空気流路がホツトワイヤ式エアフ
ローメータの空気流路とほぼ一直線状となるよう
構成したことを特徴とする自動車用エンジンの空
