However, continuous card sheets coated with pressure-sensitive adhesives are prone to blocking problems due to temperature, humidity, and load during transportation or storage before sealing, and if you want to print using an electrostatic printer, Since the toner print is fixed using a heating method, the pressure-sensitive adhesive softens and causes trouble, so it could not be used in electrostatic printers.

Also, it has been proposed to print out the necessary information on continuous card sheets and then apply adhesive without applying adhesive in advance, but when using liquid adhesive, , the continuous card paper absorbs moisture from the adhesive, causing the paper to stretch and become soft, making it difficult to fold. Also, since wrinkles occur during folding, a quick-drying pressure-sensitive adhesive is used, and after drying, the paper is folded, heated, or pressed. However, another method is to print out the necessary information on a continuous card and then apply electrostatic powder adhesive using an electrostatic method. Although this method has been proposed, it has drawbacks such as an expensive adhesive application device.

In order to create a folded card according to the present invention from the above-mentioned continuous card paper sheet 1, necessary information is printed in the address section 5 and notification section 6 of each card paper sheet 3 of the continuous card paper sheet 1 using an electrostatic printer. After the continuous card sheet 1 is transferred, a small amount of adhesive is applied to the back side of the paper piece A or paper piece B while the back sides are polymerized from the rising edge of folding along the folding perforation 2'. Apply it as a droplet, then polymerize and adhere the back sides sequentially from the side closest to the folding perforation 2' to the side farthest from the folding perforation 2', and cut out each unit of card paper that has been folded and glued one after another. This invention will be explained using a folding device 10 which is used to create a folded card by separating it from the perforation 7, and which is shown in FIG.

The folding device 10 shown in FIG. 2 is provided in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the continuous card paper sheets 1, and holds the card paper sheets 3 in a substantially flat state in this direction. In order to fold the continuous card paper sheet 1 along the line of weakness while pulling the continuous card sheet 1 in a substantially vertical direction from the support member 11, A receiving member 9 is provided which is substantially orthogonal to the supporting member 11, and an adhesive spray nozzle is provided as an adhesive application means located in front of this receiving member 9 and facing approximately the center of the back surface of the paper piece A near the rising edge of the folding. 12, and further, in an intermediate process between the support member 11 and the receiving member 9, the folded card sheet 1 coated with adhesive is folded so that the side closer to the fold perforation 2' of the card sheet 3 is lower, and the fold perforation is lower. The side far from 2', that is, the transfer hole 4' side, is highly oblique, and the sandwiching members 13, 13, which are composed of two bars that sandwich the front side of the two connected paper pieces in the middle of folding, and the paper piece B side and the paper piece A side Auxiliary bars 14a and 14b apply appropriate tension to the continuous card sheets 1 being folded, and a tractor 15 applies conveying force to the continuous card sheets 1.
and a slitter 16 for cutting out the transfer hole 4', low-speed rollers 17, 17, blade 18, and high-speed roller 1.
It consists of a cutting device 20 consisting of 9 and 19, and a suction device 21 which sucks up minute droplets of adhesive that are sprayed onto the continuous card sheet, reflected toward the front, and not applied on the edge side.

Next, the back sides of the pieces of paper A and B are held together by the sandwiching member 1.
Since the folding perforations 2' side of No. 3 and 13 are provided in a low and oblique manner, the back sides of paper pieces A and paper pieces B on the side closer to the folding perforation 2' overlap, and then the continuous card paper sheets 1 Fold perforation 2' due to transportation
The back surfaces on the far side, that is, on the side of the transfer hole 4' are polymerized, and these overlapping surfaces are adhered by the liquid adhesive G made of the minute droplets, and then the transfer hole 4' is slitted by the slitter 16. Tension is applied by low-speed rollers 17, 17 and high-speed rollers 19, 19, and at the same time, the cutting perforation 7 comes into contact with the blade 18, and the card is separated and a folded card 22 is created.

Therefore, according to this invention, since the adhesive is applied from the start of folding of the continuous card sheet to the process of being folded by the receiving member, the preparation for folding is already completed before and after that, and furthermore, the preparation for folding is already completed before and after the folding by the holding member. Two consecutive pieces of paper are sandwiched diagonally with a paper sheet, and as the continuous card paper sheets are conveyed, the back sides from the side closest to the folding part to the side farthest from the folding part are sequentially overlapped and glued, so that wrinkles and slack escape to the side farthest from the folding part, and the card width Even if the cards are wide, folded cards can be easily overlapped without causing wrinkles, sagging, or air bubbles, so you can write notifications and record items on both the front and back using a non-impact printer or impact printer that can only print on one side. You can easily create postcards, membership cards, ledgers, notification cards, etc. that require

1. Each card paper leaf of a continuous card paper leaf consisting of two continuous paper pieces connected at a folding part is connected in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the paper pieces are connected, and a weakening line for folding is provided at the folding part. After sequentially printing out information on the surface of the continuous card, the card is pulled in a substantially vertical direction while being pressed by a support member perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the continuous card, and then attached to the side of a receiving member provided at a predetermined height and substantially perpendicular to the support member. Fold the continuous card paper sheet along the weakening line while pulling it, and then use the adhesive application means provided in the previous stage of this receiving member to apply adhesive to the back side of one or both of the two connected paper pieces. In the intermediate step between the supporting member and the receiving member of the method of creating a folded card by gluing the pieces together and then folding and separating the glued card sheets in units, the folding part is placed in the front stage of the receiving member with the folded part side facing downward. Connection 2 in the middle of folding in a diagonal place where the opposite side is the top
It is characterized by having a step of sandwiching two connected pieces of paper diagonally by a pinching member that pinches the front side of the paper pieces, and sequentially overlapping the back sides from the side closer to the folding part to the side farther from the folding part as the continuous card paper sheets are conveyed.
