７図は従来の露光装置並びにその蛍光ランプを示
しており、第５図は露光装置の側断面図、第６図
及び第７図はその蛍光ランプの正面図及び背面図
を示し、また第８図は蛍光ランプの管壁温度と光

Claims (1)
- 透過性のプラテンの下方側に配設され、その管
壁の上記プラテン面の集光部に対向する部位に所
定の開口角を設けて開設された光照射用の開口部
と、上記管壁の最冷点部位に取付けられた放熱用
のヒートシンクと、上記開口部と最冷点部位を除
く管壁の外周面を被覆してその壁面を加熱するた
めのランプヒータとを備え、上記開口部から光を
拡散照射させてプラテン上の原稿を照明する露光
装置の蛍光ランプにおいて、上記開口部について
は、管壁温度分布の不均一による光量の補正をす
るため、上記ランプの軸方向両端側からその中央
部に向かつて開口面積を縮小させると共に、この
開口部の開口角内のランプヒータの表面を高反射
面に形成したことを特徴とする露光装置の蛍光ラ
ンプ。
