Claims (1)
- 半硬磁鋼を用いてロータを円筒状に形成し、こ
のロータの外部にステータと内部に固定軸を配置
し、前記ロータとステータの間及びロータと固定
軸の間にエアギヤツプを各々形成し、ステータと
固定軸に各々のエアギヤツプへエアを供給する給
気孔を設けてロータの内外に同軸心の二重静圧空
気軸受を形成した静圧空気軸受を備えた電動機。
