たないという効果が得られる。しかし、充填材と
して有機質のものを用い、また接着剤も有機材料
であるため、木製枠材の防火性が悪いという問題

び割れが生じ易い。このひび割れ部が無機外装塗
装や無機充填材に個々に生じていても、互いに連
なつていない場合には、火災時に火災が木製枠材
まで伝わることがない。しかし、無機外装材と無
機充填材とが直接に接していると、両者にひび割
れが伝わり易い。このように、無機外装材の外面
から木製枠材の表面までひび割れが連続すると、
このひび割れ部で耐火性が低下し、木製枠材が燃

て無機材料である無機外装塗装と無機充填材と無
機外装材で覆つており、またシーリング材の使用
量も少ない。そのため、シーリング材が可燃性で
