Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, there is a fireproof joint in which a joint 4 formed of inorganic exterior materials 1 and 2 and a wooden frame material 3 is covered with a metal joint bar 5. However, there is a problem in that the metal joint bar 5 is too conspicuous and undesirable in terms of appearance.

In addition, as other fire prevention joints, one has been proposed in which an organic filler is filled in a joint formed between two exterior materials and a wooden frame material, and a decorative material is further applied via granular material and adhesive. (Unexamined Japanese Patent Publication No. 1973-
Publication No. 036822). According to this, it is possible to obtain the effect that the joint portion is not noticeable. However, since an organic material is used as the filler and the adhesive is also an organic material, there is a problem that the fire resistance of the wooden frame material is poor.

Therefore, we considered using inorganic materials for the filler filling the joints, the exterior material, and the exterior coating on the outside.

However, cracks occur from the inorganic exterior coating to the inorganic filler, and the fire resistance decreases in these cracks, causing the inner wooden frame material to catch fire. That is, the inorganic exterior coating and the inorganic filler in the joints may crack due to deterioration over time or due to differences in thermal expansion between various parts during a fire. In particular, inorganic exterior coatings are prone to cracking. Even if these cracks occur individually in the inorganic exterior coating or inorganic filler, if they are not connected to each other, the fire will not spread to the wooden frame material in the event of a fire. However, if the inorganic exterior material and the inorganic filler are in direct contact with each other, cracks are likely to spread to both. In this way, if cracks continue from the outer surface of the inorganic exterior material to the surface of the wooden frame material,
These cracks reduce fire resistance, making the wooden frame material more likely to catch fire.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fireproof joint in which the joint is inconspicuous and has excellent fireproofing properties for a wooden frame material, and in particular can prevent cracking and prevent the fireproofing property from deteriorating at the cracked part.

In the fire prevention joint of the present invention, a groove is formed in the wooden frame material to match the joint formed by two inorganic exterior materials and a wooden frame material, and the groove and the joint are formed to a depth where the entrance portion of the joint remains. is filled with an inorganic filler, the entrance portion of the joint is filled with an organic sealant, and the sealant and the inorganic exterior material are covered with an inorganic exterior coating.

According to the configuration of the present invention, since the inorganic exterior coating is provided to cover the joint sealing material and the inorganic exterior material, the joints are not noticeable and the appearance is good. Furthermore, since inorganic materials are used for the inorganic exterior material, the inorganic exterior coating, and the inorganic filler for the joints, it has good fire resistance. Additionally, the sealant makes it waterproof.

Moreover, an organic sealant is used between the inorganic exterior coating and the inorganic filler, and this sealant is less prone to cracking than inorganic materials. Therefore, cracks caused in the inorganic exterior coating or the inorganic filler due to aging or overheating are prevented from being transmitted between the two. Therefore, it is possible to alleviate the possibility that the fire resistance of the wooden frame material will deteriorate due to cracks occurring continuously from the inorganic exterior coating to the inorganic filler. Although an organic sealant is used, the surrounding area is entirely covered with inorganic materials such as inorganic exterior paint, inorganic filler, and inorganic exterior material, and the amount of sealant used is small. Therefore, even if the sealant is flammable, there is no problem of lowering the fire resistance.

Furthermore, the wooden frame material has grooves that match the joints, and the inorganic filler is filled from the joints to the grooves, so even though some of the joints are filled with sealant, the inorganic filler is thick. This also makes it possible to alleviate cracks and improve fire resistance.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. That is, in this embodiment, the wooden frame material 3
A groove 6 having a width equal to the joint width is formed at the joint part,
The joint portion including the groove 6 is filled with an inorganic filler 7 such as a magnesium carbonate plate, cement or gypsum,
The surface of this inorganic filler 7 is covered with an organic sealant 8 such as an epoxy adhesive or urethane caulking agent to make it watertight, and the surfaces of this sealant 8 and the inorganic exterior materials 1 and 2 are coated with an inorganic exterior coating 9. According to this configuration, since the inorganic exterior coating 9 is provided to cover the joint sealing material 8 and the inorganic exterior material 2, the joints are not noticeable and the appearance is good. Moreover, since inorganic materials are used for the inorganic exterior material 2, the inorganic exterior coating 9, and the inorganic filler 7 for the joints, the fire resistance is good. Furthermore, the sealing material 8 provides waterproof properties.

Furthermore, an organic sealing material 8 is used between the inorganic exterior coating 9 and the inorganic filler 7, and this sealing material 8 is less prone to cracking than inorganic materials. Therefore, inorganic exterior coatings 9 and inorganic fillers 7
This prevents cracks caused by aging or overheating from propagating between the two. Therefore, it is possible to alleviate the possibility that cracks would occur continuously from the inorganic exterior coating 9 to the inorganic filler 7 and the fire resistance of the wooden frame material 3 would deteriorate. Although organic sealant 8 is used, its surroundings are covered with inorganic exterior paint 9, inorganic filler 7, and inorganic exterior material 2, which are all inorganic materials, and the amount of sealant 8 used is small. Therefore, even if the sealing material 8 is flammable, there is no problem of deterioration of fire resistance.

Furthermore, the wooden frame material 3 is provided with grooves 6 that match the joints, and the inorganic filler 7 is filled from the joints to the grooves 6, so that even though some of the joints are filled with the sealant 8, The inorganic filler 6 becomes thicker, which also makes it possible to alleviate cracks and improve fire resistance.

Moreover, since the organic sealant is interposed between the inorganic exterior coating and the inorganic filler, it is possible to prevent cracks from being transmitted from the inorganic exterior coating to the inorganic filler, and a decrease in fire resistance due to cracks can be prevented. In addition, since grooves are formed in the wooden frame material and the inorganic filler is filled from the joints to these grooves, the inorganic filler can be formed thickly while filling the joints with sealant, which also prevents cracks. This has the effect of preventing fire-resistance and improving fire resistance.
