を長さ方向全体にわたつて切欠して段設部3と
し、このような段設部3を有する断熱材2の外表
面に不燃材層4を形成するとともに、該不燃材層
4を断熱材2の外側面5における段設部3縁まで
延設して不燃材層6を形成してなるものであつ
て、結果として板状断熱材2の外表面並びに外側
面5に不燃材層4,6を外設したパネルの、少な
くとも一方の内側角縁部長さ方向全体を不燃材層
6及び断熱材2にわたつて切欠して後述するシー
リング材充填用の段設部3としたものである。こ
こに不燃材層4,6は、例えばGRC等のものを
前記断熱材2外表面並びに外側面5に添着してい
る。

ていることから、外部からの火炎に対し断熱材は
不燃化され、もつて不燃材層により建築物の不燃
化を完全にするとともに、従来のように、断熱材
の外側面に対するモルタルの添着等の作業を必要
とせず、単にパネルの段設部に対するシーリング
材の充填で該パネル取付け建築物間とのシーリン
グを可能とする。従つて、該パネルを建築物の外
断熱用に用いても、その取付けは簡単で、取付け
た後の不燃化は従来のものに比べ更に完全化さ
れ、又そのシーリング材の取付けも充填用段設部
にシーリング材を充填するだけで可能であり、し
かも、そのシーリング効果は高く、建築物の外断
熱工法用パネルとしては好ましいものといえる。
加えて、段設部は断熱材にまでわたつて形成した
ことから、シーリング材を充填したときには、シ
ーリング材が断熱材の微細なセル中に侵入して固
着力が大となり、長期にわたつて建築物の不燃化
を維持しうるものである。
