    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧力変動する気体を吸込み、圧力一定の気体中
    へ吸込んだ気体を吐出するポンプ本体を備えた気
    体用ポンプ装置において、上記吸込み側から吐出
    側方向にのみ気体を流す逆止弁を備えたバイパス
    流路でポンプ本体両側の吸込み流路と吐出流路を
    直結したことを特徴とする気体用ポンプ装置。
