The electrical carpet was constructed by bonding a surface material and a back material to both sides of a surface heating element sandwiched between two insulating layers, but this electric carpet could not be folded to protect the heating wires and required a large storage space. There was a drawback of doing so.

ある。 Therefore, a foldable electric carpet has been proposed to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks. As shown in Fig. 1, this electric carpet consists of a heating wire 1a wired so that the number of points intersecting the planned bending line A is as few as possible is sandwiched between two insulating layers 1b and 1c, and attached to a surface heating element 1. , After punching a plurality of holes 1d in the vicinity of the planned bending line A and in an area where the heating wire 1a does not exist (an area that does not damage the heating wire 1a), a front material such as felt and a back material (not shown) are punched. ) are glued on both sides to make it easier to fold along the planned bending line A. Note that 2 is an electrode section.

By providing high-density arrangement parts 1e on both sides of the punched hole 1d of a, the heat generation temperature of that part is made higher than other parts, and the temperature drop of the non-heat generation part near the planned bending line A is compensated for. The overall temperature distribution is uniform. In this case, the arrangement pattern of the heating wire 1a is
Since it is a surface heating element 1, it is easy to change, and the number of manufacturing steps and costs do not increase.

しない。 A second embodiment of this invention is shown in FIG. That is, this electric carpet is connected to the heating wire 1 in FIG.
By providing narrow portions 1f, which have a thinner line width and higher resistance than other portions, on both sides of the punched hole 1d of a, the heat generation temperature of those portions is made higher than other portions, and the planned bending line A is The temperature distribution is made uniform by compensating for the temperature drop in nearby non-heat generating parts. In this case as well, the number of manufacturing steps and cost do not increase as in the previous embodiment.

That is, this electric carpet is designed to further reduce the temperature difference by providing a heat conduction auxiliary line 1g in a portion other than the punched hole 1d near the planned bending line A of the electric carpet in FIG. In this case, the heat conduction auxiliary wire 1g can be made at the same time as the heating wire 1a, and the number of manufacturing steps and cost will not increase.

A surface material is provided on the main surface of the surface heating element, in which the heating wire is routed so that the number of points that intersect with the planned bending line is reduced, and punched holes are provided in areas where the heating wire does not exist in the vicinity of the planned bending line. In the electric carpet with adhesive bonded, the heat generation amount on both sides of the punched hole of the heat generation wire is made larger than other parts, so the heat generation wire can be protected and the heat generation wire can be folded for easy storage. Moreover, it has the effect of making the overall temperature distribution uniform.
