Conventionally, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 51-32333, the exposure amount, charge amount, and developing bias are adjusted according to a preset program according to the exposure time and number of copies in order to correct the degree of fatigue of the photoreceptor of an electrophotographic copying machine. At least one of the voltages has been controlled, but photoreceptor fatigue varies due to differences in usage patterns and usage methods, and is particularly affected by temperature and humidity. For example, with zinc oxide photoreceptors, The lower the temperature, the easier it is to get tired, and the higher the humidity, the easier it is to get tired. Furthermore, since the amount of charge varies depending on the temperature and humidity, and the degree of fatigue varies, there is a problem that the actual degree of fatigue and the program deviate, and even if corrections are made according to the program, the fatigue of the photoreceptor cannot be corrected. .

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and includes integrating at least one value among the number of copies, the amount of charge, and the amount of exposure for each copy, converting the integrated value into a coefficient, and calculating the value according to the coefficient. A method for correcting the degree of fatigue of a photoreceptor in an electrophotographic copying machine having a basic program that controls at least one of the amount of exposure, the amount of charge, and the developing bias voltage, the method comprising: controlling at least one of the amount of exposure, the amount of charge, and the developing bias voltage; The present invention is characterized in that the photoreceptor fatigue is corrected by detecting the coefficient, correcting the coefficient based on the information, and modifying the program.

1 is a photosensitive drum, 2 is a toner developing device, and 3 is an exposure device. A temperature sensor 4 is installed near the photosensitive drum 1 in the electrophotographic copying machine, and its signal is input to a temperature detection circuit 5 to detect the temperature, and the detected temperature is input to a coefficient correction circuit 6. 7 is a humidity sensor whose signal is input to a humidity detection circuit 8 to detect humidity, and the detected humidity is input to a coefficient correction circuit 6. Numeral 9 is a micro switch for detecting the number of copies, which outputs a pulse every time the exposure device 3 scans and copies, and the signal is sent to the copy number processing circuit 1.
It is counted as 0 and input to the coefficient correction circuit 6. 1
1 is a program bias voltage output circuit. Figure 2 shows a preset photoreceptor fatigue correction program, where 10 copies are taken as one step, and each time the cumulative number of copies increases by one step, the developing bias voltage is increased by one step, with one step being 10V. It's becoming like that.

In the present invention, the number of copies counted by the copy number processing circuit 10 is calculated by the temperature detection circuit 5 and the humidity detection circuit 8.
The correction is made using a different signal. That is, in terms of temperature, for example, 0~10℃ → 1.4, 10~20℃
℃ → 1.2, 20~30℃ → 1.0, 30~40℃ → 0.9, 40~50
℃ → 0.8 and a correction coefficient corresponding to each temperature is specified in advance, and for humidity, for example, 0 to 20% → 0.8, 20 to 40
% → 0.9, 40~60% → 1.0, 60~80% → 1.2, 80~
A correction coefficient corresponding to each humidity is defined in advance as 100% → 1.5, and the correct number of copies input from the copy number processing circuit 10 is multiplied by both correction coefficients in the coefficient correction circuit 6 to produce the corrected copies. Program bias voltage output circuit 11 with the number of sheets as one step
The output is increased by one step.

In other words, when the temperature is 20 to 30 degrees Celsius and the humidity is 40 to 60%, the above temperature and humidity correction coefficient is 1.0 x 1.0 = 1.0, and the program advances one step when the number of copies is 10, but in an environment of 15 degrees Celsius and 50%, for example. Correction coefficient is 1.2×1.0=1.2
Therefore, the number of copies is 8.3, and the actual number of copies is 9, which is one step forward.
