る。 尚、図面中１はシリンダ、２はアウターケース
、５はピストンロツド、１０はピストン、１１は
ピストンロツドの中空部、１２はボトムピース、
１３は中空体、１４はガイド、１５，１８，２０
，２１は油孔、１６，１７，１９は油路、２２，
２３はチエツクバルブ、Ｓ１はリザーバ室、Ｓ２
，Ｓ３は油室である。
第２図は圧縮行程の状態を示す要部縦断面図であ
る。 尚、図面中１はシリンダ、２はアウターケース
、５はピストンロツド、１０はピストン、１１は
ピストンロツドの中空部、１２はボトムピース、
１３は中空体、１４はガイド、１５，１８，２０
，２１は油孔、１６，１７，１９は油路、２２，
２３はチエツクバルブ、Ｓ１はリザーバ室、Ｓ２
，Ｓ３は油室である。
Claims (1)
- シリンダ内に下方に開口する中空ピストンロツ
ドを上方から臨ませ、このピストンロツドにシリ
ンダ内を上下の油室に区画するピストンを固着し
、シリンダ下部にボトムピースを設け、このボト
ムピースに中空体を植設し、この中空体の上部を
前記中空ピストンロツドの中空部に下方から臨ま
せ、ボトムピース下方にリザーバ室と連通する油
路を設け、この油路とシリンダ内の油室とをボト
ムピースに形成され且つチエツクバルブを備えた
油孔で連通し、更にこれら油孔のうち圧縮時に作
動油が通る油孔と前記中空体内とを連通し、この
中空体の側面にシリンダ内と中空体内とを連通す
る油孔を形成したことを特徴とする油圧緩衝器の
減衰力発生機構。
