下面に湾曲蓋板11の一端を枢支し、該湾曲蓋板
11の他端を、外側湾曲壁9の外側に係脱自在に
固定支持し、湾曲蓋板11の内側上方部に案内板
12の基端部を固定し、湾曲蓋板11の下面から
調整ネジ17を貫通螺合し、該調整ネジ17の先
端を案内板12の下端部14下面に当接支持し、
湾曲蓋板11に吸気孔19を設けたことを特徴と
