上下動自在に配置するとともに弾性部材によつて
上方に付勢し、かつ、この弾性部材によつて上方
に移動せしめられた上記ホツパーを検知する検知
手段を設け、この検知手段からの検知信号によつ
て警告を発する警告手段を設けてなることを特徴
