り用台車を心軸軸心方向に移動させる事により前
記位置決め具で心軸上の帯状体ロールを心軸外へ
押し出す事ができ、帯状体ロールの心軸からの抜
き取り作業を能率良く行なえると共に、抜き取り
専用のプツシヤーを別に設ける必要がないため、
装置全体の構造も簡単である。
