Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the taking-up in bamboo shoot from of a band-shaped material and provide effective drawing-out from a shaft core, by installing a pair of positioning devices on a truck and permitting the positioning device to be shifted in the shaft direction, in case of the apparatus for taking-out a wallpaper etc. from a large roll.
CONSTITUTION: The band-shaped material 40 taken-out from a roll 33 is wound between a pair of positioning devices 12 and 13 of the core shaft 1 for taking-up, and a measuring instrument 36 is set, while the positioning instrument 13 is also set in a prescribed width with a slider 29. Then, the core shaft 1 is ratated to perform taking-up, while the positioning devices 12 and 13 are reciprocated over a fixed amplitude on the core shaft 1 by cylinders 23 and 28. Thus, taking-up in bomboo shoot form can be prevented. The band-shaped material 40 taken-up is interposed, together with a truck 7, between the positioning devices 12 and 13, slided on the core shaft 1 and pushed out. Thus, the efficiency of the drawing-out operation from the core shaft can be improved.
