In general, steam at a suitable temperature is known to promote sweating and blood circulation in the skin due to its temperature effect and the action of moisture, and is also known to have the effect of moisturizing the skin, removing dirt from pores, and smoothing the skin. It has been proposed to spray it directly on other skin for beauty purposes, or to spray it on the face for shaving and for hairdressing purposes.

However, conventionally used steam atomizers usually have a steam generator equipped with a heating means such as a sheathed heater,
It consists of a steam conduit made of brass pipe (inner diameter is usually 10-odd mm) and a steam jet nozzle made of the same material installed near the tip of the pipe. Steam with a temperature of around 90°C is usually jetted at the nozzle outlet, and this is used for beauty treatments. on the face or whole body,
For hairdressing, various beauty treatments are performed by spraying the spray toward the face from a distance of 30 to 40 cm. In normal cases, when the steam pipe is new and the inner surface of the pipe is clean, and the angle at which the steam pipe protrudes laterally is about 20 degrees or more, the steam pipe will cool down due to the outside temperature and some of the generated steam will condense. Even if it liquefies, it will flow smoothly down the pipe and return to its original state, and will not come out of the nozzle as a bead. However, in the part of the steam pipe beyond the nozzle, the steam always stagnates and cools down, resulting in condensation and condensation, and these water droplets become hot water beads and are ejected as steam from the nozzle, or for a long period of time, e.g., 3 to 4 months. Depending on the quality of the water used on the inner surface of the steam pipe, if more than that is used, so-called olivine-like material (CaCO 3 .CaSO 4 ) may be formed.
Thin films of CaSO 3 .Ca(OH) 2 .Mg(OH) 2 .Na 2 SO 4Ca salts of other organic acids, etc.), dust sucked in from nozzles, etc. when not in use, or microbial films gradually enter the steam pipes. The adhesion prevents the smooth flow of condensed water droplets inside the pipe, and since these adhesion particles in the pipe sometimes form hot water beads and eject from the nozzle, in some cases, it can cause a hot sensation on the skin, and can also cause severe irritation. In some cases, there was a risk of burns. Therefore, conventionally, the angle between the steam pipe and the horizontal was 30° or more, and the inner surface of the pipe had to be pickled periodically (once every two to three months).

In view of the above points, the present invention prevents the spouting of hot water beads, eliminates the risk of hot water spouting as described above, and maintains the temperature of the steam spouted from the nozzle higher than before even if the angle of use of the steam pipe is approximately horizontal. This was done in an attempt to diversify treatment methods.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a stand, and the stand 1 is provided with casters as needed, and the upper telescopic rod 2 is provided so that it can be retracted and fixed at any position. A main body 3 of the steam atomizer is integrally provided at the upper end. As detailed in FIG. 1, this main body 3 is provided with a heat-resistant bottle fixing stand 32 on the lower surface of a mounting plate 31 fixed to the upper end of the telescopic rod 2, and a heat-resistant bottle fixing stand 32 is installed on the fixing stand 32.
3, and a heater 34, a water level electrode 35 with a temperature sensor, and a water injection pipe 36 which also serves as the water level electrode at the other pole are protruded from the lower surface of the fixing table so as to fit inside the bottle. A protective cover 37 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the heat-resistant bottle 33. In addition, a funnel-shaped water inlet provided on the top surface of the main body is connected to the upper end of the water inlet pipe 36 via a hose or the like, so that when water is injected into this water inlet, it passes through the water inlet pipe and is filled into the heat-resistant bottle. . Further, the fixed base is provided with a steam outlet, and is connected to the steam conduit 4 inserted into the head arm 5 through a steam pipe 38 connected thereto.

A head arm 5 of a required length with a head 6 protruding from the front is attached to a part of the main body 3, and when the head arm is attached, the steam conduit 4 inserted into this pipe-shaped arm 6 connects to the steam pipe 38 on the main body side. so that it is connected to A head 6 having a spherical or other shape is provided at the tip of the head arm 5, and the head 6 is attached to the head arm 5 so as to be able to rotate around the head arm axis. nozzle 7
and furthermore, a part of the head is made into an opening 61,
The water vapor ejected from the nozzle is made to eject from this opening 61.

In addition, an ion generating lamp or the like is installed in the head, and a heater 8 is attached to the nozzle attachment part of the steam pipe to heat the tip of the pipe and the vicinity of the nozzle, which also serves as a steam reservoir, so that the steam inside the pipe is heated. Even if water is about to condense into droplets, this heater will heat it to over 100°C, for example around 110-130°C, preventing condensation.Furthermore, the water droplets that have condensed in the pipe will be reheated near this nozzle and turn into water vapor. This ensures that only steam is sprayed without spouting hot water beads from the nozzle, regardless of the angle of the head arm.

At this time, the amount of water injected is set so that it is higher than the minimum water level written on the bottle in advance, and the heater is not energized below the minimum water level for safety reasons. When the power is turned on, water is heated by the heater and steam is generated, and if an ion generating lamp is attached, it is also turned on and ions are generated. The water vapor that has passed through the steam pipe is further heated by a heater near the nozzle, and high-temperature steam of approximately 97°C is ejected from the opening of the head, and this water vapor is applied to the face and other areas to achieve a beautifying effect. be. In this case, the head is swiveled or moved up and down to adjust the water vapor to be ejected toward the area where the skin beautification effect is desired.

According to the present invention, the steam conduit near the nozzle is heated by a heater, so even if the steam condenses in the pipe and becomes water droplets, it is reheated by this heater, so the angle of the head arm is different from the conventional one. Like 30
This has the advantage that even if the inclination angle is not greater than 100 degrees, water droplets condensed from water vapor will not be ejected from the nozzle, allowing safe treatment.
