Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 荷電部によつて荷電された塵埃を機械的な捕集
と電気的な捕集とを組み合わせて微細な塵埃をも
捕集するようにした静電式エアフイルター用導電
性セパレーターとしては、アルミニウム箔から成
るものが知られているが、該静電式エアフイルタ
ーのHEPAフイルターを使用中に該アルミニウム
箔が空気流により酸化され酸化アルミニウムを生
成し、該酸化アルミニウムが飛散し、該フイルタ
ーにより過された浄化空気を汚染する等の欠点
を有していた。本考案はかかる欠点を解消し且つ
極めて肉薄軽量で而も波形に折り曲げ加工が容易
で比較的安価に得られる良質の静電式エアフイル
ター用導電性セパレーターを提供するもので、セ
パレーター芯材1面に、合成樹脂フイルム2aの
片面に金属蒸着膜2bを形成して成る導電性フイ
ルム2をその金属蒸着膜2b面側で接着剤層3を
介し貼着して成る。

出させこれを電極端子4として使用する。

該金属蒸着膜2bを形成して成る導電性フイルム
2を、その金属蒸着膜2b面側で接着剤層3を介
してセパレーター芯材1面に貼着して作成される
ので、その製作は容易であり、而もジグザグ状の
多数屈曲した波形に加工することができ、該接着
剤層3を介してのセパレーター芯材1と導電性フ
イルム2が強固に結着された状態の剥離のない波
形セパレーターが得られ、使用中、該金属蒸着膜
2bの空気流による酸化、飛散が防止され、過
された浄化空気の汚染を防止し、良導電性を長寿
命に維持し得る等の効果を有する。
