プリング装置と、採取された試料ガスがキヤリア
ガスと共に与えられ、この試料ガス中の成分の分
離を行うアナライザと、上位コンピユータと信号
伝送ラインで接続され、前記アナライザからの成
分信号に各種の演算を施して出力するプロセスツ
サとを具備したプロセスガスクロマトグラフにお
いて、前記プロセツサ中のメモリに、前記成分信
号に基き得たクロマトグラムの過去データを記憶
する領域を設け、この部分に古いデータをオーバ
ーフローさせながら、所定量のデータの書込みを
行い、前記上位コンピユータより前記メモリに書
込まれた任意のクロマトグラムが読み出せるよう
にしたことを特徴とするプロセスガスクロマトグ
