ある。 １：遮光膜、８，９：ピンホール、１０：遮光
膜ピンホール検出装置、１１：光源箱、１２：光
電子増倍管収容箱、１５：可変漏光入射窓、１７
：光電子増倍管。
図は第１図の光電子増倍管収容箱の概略構成図、
第３図は従来公知のシンチレータ検出器の基本的
構成図、第４図は第３図の遮光膜の概略構成図で
ある。 １：遮光膜、８，９：ピンホール、１０：遮光
膜ピンホール検出装置、１１：光源箱、１２：光
電子増倍管収容箱、１５：可変漏光入射窓、１７
：光電子増倍管。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プラスチツクシンチレータの放射線入射面
に設けられプラスチツクフイルムおよびこのプラ
スチツクフイルムに金属または非金属が蒸着され
た蒸着層からなる遮光膜を有するシンチレータ検
出器において、光源が内蔵され表面に前記遮光膜
を載置する光源箱と、前記遮光膜に沿つて移動自
在に設けられ内部に前記光源より前記遮光膜のピ
ンホールを経て入射する漏光を検出する光学的検
出器とを備え、周囲を暗室に形成したことを特徴
とするシンチレータ検出器の遮光膜ピンホール検
出装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のピン
ホール検出装置において、光学的検出器は光電子
増倍管収容箱内に収容された光電子増倍管である
ことを特徴とするシンチレータ検出器の遮光膜ピ
ンホール検出装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載のピ
ンホール検出装置において、光電子増倍管収容箱
は、ピンホールにより入射する漏光の入射窓の大
きさを可変とすることを特徴とするシンチレータ
検出器の遮光膜ピンホール検出装置。
