本発明は無機材料の押出成形機に関するもので

発生し、材料喰込みロール4が押し込もうとする
力とがぶつかる。ここで、材料喰込みロール4の
端面は、従来、第4図のように平面であるため、
上述のような余分の材料は材料喰込みロール4と
真空室3の壁面7との間に押し込まれて材料喰込
みロール4の端面に滞留し、この滞留した材料が
長時間脱泡されることにより乾燥して固くなり、
真空室3の壁面7が摩耗して材料内に混入した
り、乾燥して固くなつた材料が混入後成形金型6
内部に目づまりする等の問題が発生していた。

実施例

ものである。尚、スパイラル突起8は、材料喰込
みロール4の両端面に設けたり、真空室3内の材
料喰込みロール4に限らず、材料喰込みロール4
と同様の働きをするロールにも効果がある。
