Conventionally, the supports of these firing shelf assemblies are constructed from solid shapes of a predetermined length as shown in Fig. 1, and such supports 1 are stacked in multiple tiers with shelf boards 2 in between, and there is also a shelf at the top. The plate 2 was placed on it for use. However, in the case of such a conventional example, since the support itself is solid, its weight is large. Efforts have been made to reduce the weight by making the cross section I-shaped or L-shaped, but it is difficult to reduce the weight. It naturally had its limits in terms of strength. Furthermore, with the conventional pillars, it is necessary to always prepare a large number of pillars of various types and lengths depending on the type and size of the ceramics to be fired, which is uneconomical and expensive. As a result, they become vulnerable to thermal shock and break easily, and the rate of breakage during handling increases, requiring constant replenishment due to wear and tear.

FIGS. 2 and 3 show an example of shelf assembly using the support 1 according to the present invention, and the support 1 is constructed by stacking hollow cylindrical members 3 having a desired minimum basic size. As shown in FIG. 4, this hollow cylindrical member 3 has a concave portion 4 on its upper surface and a convex portion 5 on its lower surface, and can be expanded by fitting these concave portions 4 and convex portions 5. It's getting old.
In addition to being a hollow cylinder as shown in FIG. 4, this hollow cylindrical member 3 may have any cross-sectional shape such as a rectangular cylinder. It is necessary to have matching recesses and projections. Moreover, this hollow cylindrical member 3 is arranged in a vertical relationship as shown in FIG.
In the case of increasing the number of stacks in a positional relationship in which the support column 1 has a bottom surface, a planar member 6 having no convex portion 5 on its bottom surface is placed directly on the pedestal 7 as the bottom member of the support 1. However, there is a recess 4 on the lower surface of the hollow cylindrical member 3.
When increasing the number of stacks in such a positional relationship, these hollow cylindrical members 3 can be used as they are as the bottom member 6 without preparing any special members.
It goes without saying that the hollow cylindrical member 3 may have a concave portion 4 on both its upper and lower surfaces, and a convex portion 5 on both its upper and lower surfaces, and these may be stacked alternately.

A support member 9 of a horizontal bar 8 is disposed at a desired position at the top of the support column 1, which is constructed by stacking the hollow cylindrical members 3 as described above on a frame 7, and at a desired position in the middle of the support column. The support member 9 normally holds or supports the horizontal bar 8 made of a hollow rectangular tube, and an example thereof is constructed as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. As shown in these figures, the support member 9 is basically formed from the hollow cylindrical member 3. However, if the supporting member 9 is a hollow cylindrical body and has a concave portion 4 or a convex portion formed on the upper and lower surfaces thereof to fit with the hollow cylindrical member 3, the support member 9 has a length similar to that of the hollow cylindrical member 3. may be different. The support member 9 shown in FIG. 5 is an upper support member 9' in which a recess 10 is provided from the lower surface of the side wall of the hollow cylindrical member 3, and the support member 9 shown in FIG. Recess 1 from the upper surface of the side wall of member 3
0' is provided. The support member 9 to be placed at a desired position in the middle of the column 1 is a pair of the above-mentioned upper support member 9' and lower support member 9''. The end of the horizontal bar 8 is inserted into the hole formed by the recesses 10, 10' of the upper and lower support members 9', 9''. A lower support member 9'' is arranged, and the recess 1 of this lower support member 9'' is
0' to fit and support the horizontal bar 8.

As is clear from FIGS. 2 and 3, the shelf assembly constructed from the struts assembled in this manner has the support members 9 whose shape changes depending on their placement position.
It is necessary to prepare different types of support members 9 1 , 9 2 , 9 3 . That is, the support member 91 is placed midway and at the top of the column located at the outer peripheral corner of the shelf assembly, and the recess 10 or 10' is located in the hollow cylindrical member 3.
They are provided at two locations on the side wall, 90 degrees apart from each other. Further, the supporting member 92 is disposed in the middle of the column located in the middle of the outer periphery of the shelf assembly and at the top, and three recesses 10 or 10' are provided in the side wall of the hollow cylindrical member 3 at positions shifted by 90 degrees from each other. Become. Furthermore, the support member 93 is located in the middle or at the top of the column located inside the shelf assembly, and four recesses 10 or 10' are provided in the side wall of the hollow cylindrical member 3 at positions shifted by 90 degrees from each other. Become.

Thus, the hollow cylindrical members 3 are stacked on the frame 7 so that the concave portions 4 and the convex portions 5 are fitted together to form the column 1, and a pair of upper support members 9 are placed at desired positions in the middle of the column. ' and a lower support member 9'' are arranged, and further a lower support member 9'' is arranged at the top of the column, and the hole formed by the recess of these upper and lower support members 9', 9'' and the lower support member 9 at the top of the column are arranged. A horizontal bar 8 preferably formed of a hollow rectangular refractory material is fitted into the recess 10', and a shelf board 11 is placed on top of the horizontal bar 8, if desired, to complete the shelf assembly. become. In this way, the arrangement of the pillars and their number can be changed as appropriate depending on the type and size of the ceramics to be fired. Bar 8 may be used alone.

According to the present invention as described above, the height can be freely adjusted by setting the minimum basic dimensions. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare various types of supports with different heights, and it is extremely economical. Not only that, but because it is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape, it is lightweight, there is little excess heat storage during heating and cooling, it has excellent strength and stability, and it enables smooth operation, making it extremely useful in practice. A prefabricated strut is obtained.
