ツトし、発泡断熱材7を充てんした後、操作パネ
ル2をネジ8で外板3及びカバー5に取付ける構
造である。しかし、この構造では断熱発泡材7を
充てんするまでの間、外板3とカバー5の仮固定
及び外板3とカバー5との合せ面からの断熱発泡
材7のモレを防止するためテープ6を貼りつけて
いたが、カバーのフランジ5aの全周にテープを
貼付けるのに多くの作業工数を要し、また、サツ
シ4に近いカバーフランジ部5bはテープを貼付
ける際、スペースが狭く、指が入らないため、テ
ープの貼付作業性が悪く、シールが不十分になる
ため、カバーフランジ5bが外板3と密着せず、
スキが発生し発泡断熱材がもれるという不具合点
があつた。又、断熱発泡材を充てんするまでに、
仮固定のテープ6がはがれ、外板3とカバー5が
位置ずれしたまま、断熱発泡材を充てんしてしま
い、それぞれのネジ穴3a,5cが合わず、操作
パネル2が取付けられないという不具合点があつ
