Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
(目 的)
本考案は、白色のミシン糸に先ず色材溶液を塗
布し、続いて加熱により色材の乾燥定着化を計る
ことにより所定色に染色したミシン糸を上糸とし
てミシンに連続的に供給するミシン糸簡易染色装
置に関し、その目的は、前記装置に於てミシン糸
に迅速且つ均一に色材溶液を塗布し得る色材塗布

(従来技術)

ゆうの如く多数色のミシン糸を利用する場合には
糸換えが煩雑であるといつたような不都合があつ

本考案は、前記した如き現状に鑑み、目的に適
合した新規なミシン糸の染色方法及び装置の開発
について鋭意研究を重ねた結果創案され既に本出
願人より出願されたミシン糸簡易染色装置(実願
昭57−179958)に於て、シミン糸に対して色材溶
液を塗布する為の色材塗布具として迅速且つ均一
に色材溶液を塗布し得る構造について創案したも

シンに連続的に供給するミシン糸の簡易染色装置
に於て、多孔質体より成り、色材溶液貯蔵容器上
端部に載置され色材溶液を含浸しミシン糸との接
触によりミシン糸に色材溶液を塗布する色材塗布
体と該色材塗布体に延設され端部が色材溶液貯蔵
容器中の色材溶液内に浸漬され色材溶液を吸上げ
色材塗布体に供給する色材供給体とを有すること
を特徴とするミシン糸簡易染色装置の色材塗布具
であり、更に詳しくは実施例に基く以下の説明の

布体に延設され端部が色材溶液貯蔵容器中の色材
溶液内に浸漬され色材溶液を吸上げ色材塗布体に
供給する色材供給体とを有することを特徴とする
