Coreless motors, which are made by winding a coil without using an iron core, do not use a heavy iron core in the rotating part, so the inertia of the rotor is extremely small, there is no cogging, and it is also highly efficient, compact, and has a large output. Because of these characteristics, it is often used as a drive source for servo mechanisms and the like. In particular, it is often used as a drive source for tape recorders and the like that require a short rise time when starting and stopping.

In addition, motors used in tape recorders, etc. are equipped with a combination of several bypass capacitors or a disk-shaped motor as a so-called noise prevention device to prevent noise caused by spark discharge generated between brushes and commutator pieces from being emitted to the outside. Ballista etc. are installed.

However, in the case of motors, it is desirable to reduce the weight and external dimensions of the rotor as much as possible in order to reduce the inertia of the rotor.

In the figure, numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical winding body, which constitutes a multi-pole (four-pole in this embodiment) winding. This cylindrical winding body 1 is formed by assembling three coil units 11 shifted by 120 degrees from each other, or by passing the conductor from the axial boundary end surface to the rotor circumferential surface and then passing from the boundary end surface again. It may be formed by winding around the circumferential surface of the rotor and toward the boundary end surface.

Now, to briefly explain the coil unit 11 constituting the cylindrical winding body 1, the coil unit 11 is made by forming, for example, a heat-fusible thin insulated wire (self-bonding conductor wire) into an O-shape or a predetermined number of turns. After winding into a rectangular shape, both ends of the crossover wires 14 1 and 14 2 that become part of the cylindrical end surface portion 12 are bent,
A coil unit 11 shown in FIG. 2 is formed. Then, the three coil units 11 are assembled in a jig (not shown) at 120 degree intervals and heated and formed to form the cylindrical winding body 1 shown in FIG. 1.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a disc-shaped varistor for preventing sparks which also serves as a coil holder, and a rotating shaft 3 is fixed to the center of this disc-shaped varistor 2. 4 is a commutator, and each commutator segment of the commutator 4 is connected to a winding end of a predetermined coil side via a disc-shaped varistor 2.

The cylindrical end surface 1 of the cylindrical winding body 1 described above is
2, the disc-shaped varistor 2 is fixed using an adhesive or the like to create a cup-shaped rotor. The disc-shaped varistor 2 and the cylindrical winding body 1 may be fixed together by bonding the disc-shaped varistor 2 from the outside of the cylindrical winding body 1, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the disc-shaped varistor 2 may be inserted into the cylindrical winding body 1 and bonded thereto.

As explained above, the cup-shaped rotor of the present invention is a circular disk whose rotating shaft is fixed to the cylindrical end surface formed by the crossover wire between a pair of coil sides located on the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical winding body. Since the cup-shaped varistor is fixed, the cup-shaped rotor can be manufactured extremely easily, improving productivity, and the disc-shaped varistor used as a noise prevention device to prevent sparks is also used as a coil holder. Since the number of parts can be reduced, the weight and external dimensions of the rotor can be reduced, which has great practical effects.
