a first stator yoke having comb-tooth-shaped magnetic poles parallel to the rotor axis at equal intervals on its inner circumference; and a second stator yoke having comb-tooth-shaped magnetic poles on its inner circumference located between the magnetic poles of the first stator yoke. A pair of stator assemblies each consisting of a stator yoke and a stator winding housed in the space formed between the first and second stator yokes are provided, and the stator assemblies are stacked in two layers, one above the other and one above the other. An electric motor that is fixed by welding at multiple points and has cutouts or through holes formed near the welded parts of the stator yoke located on the outside.
