(2) 前記周壁上部2aの結晶化度が45%以上
で、その密度が1.38以上であるのに対し、周
壁下部2bと底板1の結晶化度が15%以上45
%未満で、その密度が1.35以上1.38未満
であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
