Claims (1)
向する一辺から他辺に向かつて走る複数本の導電
路が形成され、この第１磁性体シートの上下に第
２磁性体シートおよび第３磁性体シートが夫々積
層されてなるインダクタンスユニツトと、四角形
状の第１誘電体シートの主表面に上記第１磁性体
シートに形成された導電路に対応する位置に夫々
電極膜が形成され、この第１誘電体シートの上下
に夫々第２誘電体シートおよび第３誘電体シート
が積層され、かつ、第３誘電体シートの下には主
表面に上記第１誘電体シートの電極膜に対向する
共通電極膜が形成されてなる第４誘電体シートが
積層されたコンデンサユニツトとが一体に焼結さ
れて一つのブロツク体を形成しており、このブロ
ツク体の側面に形成された外部電極によりインダ
クタンスユニツトの上記各導電路と、この導電路
に対応するコンデンサユニツトの上記電極膜とが
相互に接続されていることを特徴とするフイルタ
