本発明は、このような事情に鑑みなされたもの
で、エンジンの軽量化がはかれるロツカアーム軸
とカム軸の抜け止め装置を提供するものである。
本発明に係る軸の抜け止め装置は、シリンダヘツ
ド側壁に吸排気弁作動用ロツカアームを支持する
ロツカアーム軸と前記ロツカアーム作動用カム軸
とが平行に軸支され、前記カム軸軸受部端面は前
記ロツカアーム軸軸受部端面より外方に段差を有
し、かつ該端部にスプロケツトを有するものにお
いて、前記2軸をそれぞれの軸受部端面で一枚の
受板によつて押さえると共に、前記2軸の軸受部
端面の中間に前記端面と平行な段面を設け、前記
受板をシリンダヘツドに前記段面でボルトにて止
着させるようにしたものである。

させるスタツドボルト8によつて抜け止めをする
ようにしてある(第3図、第5図)。

け、前記受板をシリンダヘツドに前記段面でボル
トにて止着させるようにしたので、スプロケツト
に前記ボルトが当たることがないと共に、前記2
軸を前記受板の厚みを厚くすることなく1枚の受
板で押さえることが可能となる。
