Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はアーク溶接機の使用に当つて溶接条件
を簡便かつ、確実に知ることのできる溶接条件早
見表を提供するものである。従来アーク溶接機に
は電流調整部分には単なる等分目盛ないしは出力
電流値のみが表示されており各出力電流の適用し
得る被溶接物の材質、板厚、脚長、溶接速度、使
用する電極形状、シールドガス流量、溶接姿勢な
どの溶接条件ないしは溶接情報は別途用意された
溶接条件表や溶接マニアルなどを照合してその都
度決定していた。ところが一般の溶接作業現場に
おいては、これらの溶接条件表や溶接マニアルな
どは保管や取扱いに不便でありしばしば破損した
り粉失したりすることが多くまた見誤りが生じや
すく、最終的にはこれらの条件表やマニアルを参
照することなくしばしば作業者の勘による独断的
に溶接条件で作業が行なわれてしまうことがあ
り、これが溶接結果に対する個人差や溶接欠陥の
発生原因となつていた。さらに最近のように熟練
工の不足から経験の浅い作業者をも重要な部分の
溶接に従事させることが多くなつておりこれらの
情勢からも簡単に最適溶接条件を知る手段が要求
されていた。

記入することにより上記問題を解決したものであ
る。

以下図面により詳細に説明する。第1図は本考
案の溶接条件早見表を装着したアーク溶接機の正
面図である。同図において1はアーク溶接機であ
り本考案に関係しない詳細部分は省略してある。
2は出力電流調整器でありたとえばタツプ切替用
ロータリースイツチ、電流調整のための基準信号
設定用可変抵抗器、電流調整用可動鉄心移動用ハ
ンドルなどである。3は本考案の透明板よりなる
溶接条件早見表であり、4は溶接条件早見表3を
透して識別されるアーク溶接機1に設けられた電
流調整目盛である。第2図aは本考案の溶接条件
早見表の実施例の正面図であり同図bは断面図で
ある。同図に示す実施例はアーク溶接機の電流調
整器によつて調整される出力電流に対応する被溶
接物の板厚を知るための溶接条件早見表であり透
明板により製作する。同図aにおいて“イ”の部
分は適用するアーク溶接機の電流調整器の目盛の
形状に略一致させてあり例として各出力電流に対
応する被溶接物の板厚を記入したものを示す。ま
た“ロ”の部分は溶接電流以外の共通の溶接情報
を記入するものでこの溶接条件早見表が適用し得
るアーク溶接機の種類、溶接方法などを記入す
る。同図に示す例ではこの早見表は、突合せ下向
溶接に適用するものであつて、かつ板厚1.2mmな
いし4.5mmの被溶接物に対しては片面一層溶接、
6.0mmないし12.0mmの被溶接物に対しては両面一
層溶接とすることが記入されている。またこの
“ロ”の部分はアーク溶接機の電流調整目盛にこ
の溶接条件早見表を重ね合せたときに電流調整目
盛部分に重ならない透視不要の位置に設け、この
“ロ”の部分の裏面に同図bの5に示すように永
久磁石、たとえばマグネツトラバーなどを接着す
るかまたは吸着パツドを取付けておけばアーク溶
接機への着脱が確実でかつ容易となる。もちろん
この溶接条件早見表はアーク溶接機の電流調整器
の部分を避けるように取手部分に相当する位置に
穴が設けられており取手を取外すことなく着脱で
きるようにしておく。第2図aに示す溶接条件早
見表を用いるときは作業者はこの早見表をアーク
溶接機の電流調整器の出力電流目盛部分に重ね合
せるだけで必要な溶接条件を知ることができる。
例えば板厚が9mmの鋼板を下向で突合せ溶接する
ときは電流調整器を図の右上方、即ち2時方向、
にセツトしかつ両面から各一層溶接すればよいこ
とがわかる。

見表を用いるときは同図に示すように実際の出力
電流も確認できるので実際に溶接した結果、被溶
接物の材質や開先形状、要求される余盛量などに
より若干の溶接条件の変更が必要となつたときで
もこの早見表を装着したままで所望の出力電流に
設定変更することができる。

表示する色を変えるようにすればより明確とな

取りが正確にできるとともに、表示が溶接機の調
整形態に一致しているので視覚的であり、設定お
よび確認が容易に行なえるから設定誤りがない。
また透明板であるから、溶接条件のみでなく実際
の出力電流値をも知ることができるので必要時に
修正したり、記録したりすることが容易になる。
