It is movably supported, one end of the upper part is connected to operating members 36, 33 such as an air cylinder, an indicator, etc., and the rotation angle is regulated by a regulating stopper 62, so that the position of the fabric 50 can be corrected. In addition, as shown in Figure 1,
On the outside of one clip member 29, a sensing member 31 such as a phototube or the like is installed via a mounting base 32 for sensing the front end of the tape-like material 50. It shows an air injection nozzle placed on the moving path of the tape-shaped fabric 50 to assist in smoothly feeding the fabric. This is because when the tape-shaped fabric 50 is fed out, for example, a tape fabric containing elastic threads, the fabric 50 may become wavy and stagnate in the ruler guide 13 due to wavy irregularities during movement. In such a case, these nozzles 2
Pressurized air is injected from 1 and 34 to assist the smooth delivery movement, and the injection is controlled in synchronization with the stoppage of the drive roller 23 for sending out the dough. In the nozzle 34 adjacent to the clip member 29,
It is used as necessary so that the spraying stops when the clamping of the fabric is started, and it is not necessary to use it for the tape-shaped fabric 50 that is not likely to become clogged or stagnate. In addition, what is indicated by 63 in FIG. 2 is the drive roller 23 for feeding the dough.
Although a driving motor is shown, it is of course possible to use another motor for rotationally driving the roller 23. In addition, in FIGS. 7 and 8, 6
4 indicates that when the annular tape body 53, which is a completed product that has been sewn as required on the sewing table 1a, is pushed out of the sewing table 1a by the extrusion member 4, the same tape body 5
A receiving and transferring rod 64 is shown for receiving and moving the sewing table 3 to the target position, and the rod 64 is rotatably supported by a rotating member such as a rotary cylinder at 65, so that the rod 64 is pushed out from the end of the sewing table 1a. Part 4
As shown in the figure, the annular tape body 53 pushed out by the annular tape body 53 is received and moved to a target position by rotation of the rod 64, but this receiving means can of course be freely designed other than the illustrated example.

That is, as is clear from the explanatory diagram of the arrangement relationship of the main components of the device shown in FIG. 3 and the explanatory diagram of the operating state shown in FIGS. In the figure, the ruler guide 13 is in a position in front of the cutting cutters 24, 25, the movable cutter 24 is in the raised position via the cylinder 37, and the pair of clip members 27,
At 29, with respect to the fixed fingers 27a, 29a, the opening/closing fingers 27b, 29b are in the open position by the respective opening/closing cylinders 41, 41, as illustrated in FIG. Positioning correction guides 35, 30 located on the outside are also supported by actuating members 36, 33 at the positions indicated by solid lines in FIG. From this neutral position, the ruler guide 13 moves forward from the X position in Figure A to the Y position in Figure B through the operation of the compound cylinders 11 and 12, as shown in Figure 4 A and B. The front end side passes between the fingers 27a and 27b of the clip member 27, and is attached to the clip member 29.
It stops at a position close to both fingers 29a and 29b. Next, by rotating the drive roller 23 for feeding the dough, the roller 23 is driven by the driven roller 1.
By feeding out the continuous long tape-like fabric 20 through the tape 8, the fabric 50 moves straight inside the ruler guide 13, and as shown in FIG. advances across the fingers 29a and 29b of the clip member 29,
When the end portion 51a is detected by the sensing member 31, the rotation of the drive roller 23 is stopped and the tape-like fabric 5
This causes the transmission of 0 to be stopped. Next, the opening/closing finger 29b in the open state of the clip member 29 is inserted into the piston rod 41 of the cylinder 41.
By retracting the finger 29b, the finger 29b swings about its pivot 44 as a fulcrum, as shown in FIG. In this case, the 13th
As illustrated in the figure, the clip member 29
The positioning correction guide 30 provided on the outside of the
By swinging the actuating member 33 about the pivot 61, the guide 30 moves from the solid line position to the dotted line position in the figure, thereby causing the end portion held between the fingers 29a and 29b to move. The free end of 51a is connected to fingers 29a, 29
The alignment is corrected so that it is held in a correct orthogonal position with b. After completing the modification of the end portion 51a in this way, as shown in FIG.
As previously explained in FIG. 2, the clip member 29 that holds
Gears 55, 56 are driven by a rotational drive member 54 provided in
By rotating the clip shaft 45 through 180 degrees, the clip member 29 is rotated, and the upper finger 29a becomes the lower finger, and the lower finger 29
The clamped end portion 51a is reversed toward the other clip member 27 as shown in the figure, with the end portion 51a facing upward, and at the same time, the rotation of the fabric delivery drive roller 23, which had been stopped, is restarted to release the tape-shaped fabric 50.
At the same time, the ruler guide 13 is retracted from the Y position shown in FIG. 4C to the Z position shown in FIG.
Furthermore, in synchronization with the feeding of the tape-shaped fabric 50, the pull-out member 26 is vertically lowered. To lower the pull-out member 26, as previously explained in FIGS. By lowering the support plate 38 supported in the raised position by lowering the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 39, the block 26a and the drawer member 26, which are no longer supported by the support plate 38, are lowered by their own weight. The tape-like fabric 50 extending between both clip members 27 and 29 is engaged from above, and the finger 27 between the clip members 27
Through opening of a and 27b, the fabric 50 is pulled out downward as shown in FIG. When the switch 59 and the sensing member 58 correspond to each other, the rotation of the drive roller 23 for feeding out the fabric is stopped, and the feeding of the tape-shaped fabric is stopped. 26 is also stopped at this position, and thus a fixed length of tape-like material 50 is obtained.
By using this, it is also possible to freely change and adjust the delivery length of the fabric 50. In this way, when the fixed length feeding of the tape-like material 50 is completed as shown in FIG. By doing so (this closing operation is the same as in the case of the clip member 29), the tape-like fabric is also held by this clip member 27. After the tape-like fabric 50 is also clamped on the clip member 27 side in this way, the ruler guide 13, which had retreated to the Z position in FIG. 4D, is further moved back to the Z position in FIG. Retract the same guide 1 to the original X position shown.
3 is retracted from the positions of the cutting cutters 24 and 25, the positioning guide 35 provided on the outside of the clip member 27 is moved to the positioning guide 30 on the clip member 39 as illustrated in FIG.
The tape-shaped fabric 50 extending from the clip member 27 onto the ruler guide 13 is properly aligned, and the movable cutter 24 is lowered by the operation of its lifting cylinder 37, thereby removing the fabric 50. The rear end of the feeder is cut off. As a result, the tape-shaped fabric 50 of fixed size is held between the clip members 27 and 29 at the front end 51a and the rear end 51b cut by the cutters 24 and 25. will be obtained. After this tape-like fabric 50 is cut to a specified size, the above-mentioned pull-out member 26 is moved from its lowest position to the intermediate position shown in FIG. It is raised to the position of the proximity switch 60 and temporarily stopped at this position. Next, as shown in FIG. 4E to FIG.
As previously explained with respect to the clip member 29, the member 27 holding the The lower finger 27b is turned upward, the upper finger 27a is turned downward, and the end portion 51a is reversed toward the clip member 29, thereby reversing the end portion that was previously reversed by the clip member 29. This end 51a on 51a
The clip members 2 are folded over each other, and the end portions 51a and 51b are overlapped, and both clip members 2
A cut annular tape fabric piece 51 of fixed size and approximately annularly shaped and gripped by 7 and 29 is obtained.

A pull-out member that can be raised and lowered freely and pulls out a predetermined length of the tape-like fabric when lowered is provided between the members, and a cutter is provided that cuts the pulled-out tape-like fabric at a predetermined length position, so that continuous long tape can be cut. A series of sewing operations in which a circular tape body is obtained by cutting a shaped fabric one after another into fabric pieces of a certain length, overlapping the cut ends of the fabric pieces, and sewing them together. ,
Due to its relatively simple operation and mechanism, it can be automated accurately and efficiently, thus offering significant advantages over traditional manual methods as well as traditional mechanical means. It is something you have. especially,
A pair of clip members placed on both sides of the sewing table of the sewing machine hold a piece of fabric cut to a predetermined length, and by rotating the clip members, both ends of the piece of fabric are overlapped.
This method has the advantage that the operation of overlapping the pieces of fabric is extremely simple compared to the conventional method, and that the overlapping can be performed reliably.
