Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、熱間鍛造において、製品から切り
抜かれるバリの搬出作業を簡素化するための型に

熱間鍛造において切り抜かれたバリAは第1図
に示すように刃物型1上に残されるものであつ
て、このバリAはプレスつまり押型2が上昇した

たがつて従来は、製品装入用マニプレータと、上
記バリ搬出用マニプレータを設置する必要があ
り、それだけ設備費が嵩みしかも作業のサイクル

る。ここにおいて鍛造された製品は搬出され、次
の製品を装入するのであるが、製品装入用のマニ
プレータ(図示せず)の上に受皿を設けておき、
製品が装入された時点で、上記バリAを受皿上へ
落下させ、製品装入用マニプレータの帰還動作に
よつてバリAの搬出を行なわせようとするもので

し、この部分に密着させ、押型の上昇によつて持
ち上げるようにしたものであるため、次の製品装
入前にバリを搬出するという従来の工程が省略さ
れ、又プレス本体側に持ち上げられたバリを落下
させるバリ落し板を設けているので、製品装入用
マニプレータの上にバリを落下してこれを支承さ
せ、マニプレータの帰還工程を利用してバリの搬
出を行なわせることができるので、バリの搬出を
目的とした専用マニプレータが不要となり、その
結果加工サイクルタイムの短縮と設備費の節減が
可能となり、作業のより能率的な自動化が達成で
