【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は炊飯完了後に一定時間だけ鍋を再加熱
する所謂二度炊き式の電気炊飯器に関し、特に炊
飯開始初期及び炊飯完了後に所定時間の計時作動
を行ない且つ所定時間内の一定時間だけ再加熱を
行なうタイマーモーターと、該タイマーモーター
に連動するタイマースイツチを設け、このタイマ
ースイツチの第1及び第2タイマー接点を巧みに
利用して、所定時間の経過後に前記タイマーモー
ターの作動停止を行ない初期状態に復帰せしめる
と共に炊飯開始初期にムラシ表示ランプが点灯す
るのを防止したものである。

が使用された。ところが前記タイマーモーターの
動作停止後には炊飯開始時の初期状態と異なるた
めに次の炊飯時に炊飯開始と同時にタイマーモー
ターが炊飯完了後の計時作動を実行し所望の炊飯
を行なわない欠点があつた。この欠点を改良すべ
く炊飯完了後の所定時間の経過後にタイマーモー
ターの作動を停止する二接点式のタイマースイツ
チを設けたものがあるが、このスイツチはタイマ
ーモーターの作動、停止のみの動作を行なうだけ
であり、所定時間のムラシ動作を表示するムラシ
表示ランプの誤表示、即ち炊飯開始初期の一定時
間中に点灯するのを防止するスイツチは別個に設
けねばならず部品点数が増加し電気回路が複雑に
なると共に機械的なスイツチ(接点)を増やすた
め信頼性が低下する欠点があつた。又、スイツチ
数の増加によりタイマーモーター、タイマースイ
ツチ等を組み込んだタイマー装置が大型化しその
収納スペースを大きくしていた。

本考案は上記欠点に鑑みなされたもので以下図
面に基づき説明すると、H1は鍋(図示せず)を
加熱するヒーター、MSは可動接点MS−aと第1
接点MS−b及び第2接点MS−cを有した炊飯ス
イツチで、炊飯中は第1接点MS−bを介して前
記ヒーターH1に通電し炊飯完了時における高温
度を感知して前記可動接点MS−aを第1接点MS
−bから第2接点MS−cに切り換え接続する。
前記第1接点MS−bはヒーターH1の一端に接続
している。Bは可動接点MS−aと第1接点MS−
b間に接続したサーマルリードスイツチTRSと
保温ヒーターH2よりなる保温回路、H3は一端を
前記炊飯スイツチMSの第2接点MS−cに接続し
た抵抗体で、炊飯完了後に前記鍋を補助的に加熱
するムラシ補助ヒーターとして利用しその抵抗値
は前記ヒーターH1よりも大きく設定している。
TMは前記抵抗体H3より大きい抵抗値を有し炊飯
開始初期の一定時間と炊飯完了後の所定時間だけ
計時作動するタイマーモーターで、該タイマーモ
ーターに連動して炊飯完了後に一定時間だけ前記
炊飯スイツチMSを介さずしてヒーターH1に再通
電する再加熱スイツチDSと、タイマーモーター
に連動して炊飯完了後の所定時間の経過後にON
してタイマーモーターとヒーターH1を並列接続
せしめるタイマースイツチTSを有しており、該
タイマースイツチはタイマーモーターを炊飯初期
の一定時間と炊飯完了後の所定時間計時作動せし
め所定時間の経過後にタイマーモーターTMの動
作停止を行なう時に可動接点TS−eと接続状態
になる第1タイマー接点TS−fと、炊飯完了後
の所定時間の計時作動中にタイマーモーターTM
の動作を表示する後述のムラシ表示ランプを点灯
せしめる時に前記可動接点TS−eと接続状態に
なる第2タイマー接点TS−gとを有している。
前記第1タイマー接点TS−fは前記炊飯スイツ
チMSの第1接点MS−bとヒーターH1の一端と
の接続部及び再加熱スイツチDSの一側に接続し
可動接点TS−eは抵抗体H3の他端に接続すると
共にタイマーモーターTMは前記抵抗体H3の他端
とタイマースイツチTSの可動接点TS−eとの接
続部とヒーターH1の他端に接続している。V1
V2は交流電源端子、PSは一方の交流電源端子V1
と炊飯スイツチMSの可動接点MS−a間に接続し
た電源スイツチ、SSは一方の電源端子V1と再加
熱スイツチDSの他側間に接続した手動式の再加

プL2は点灯しない。やがて鍋が急激に温度上昇
して高温度となり炊飯完了状態になると、この高
温度を感知した炊飯スイツチMSは可動接点MS−
aが第1接点MS−bから第2接点MS−cに切り
換え接続され抵抗体H3を介してタイマーモータ
ーTMが駆動されムラシ表示ランプL2が点灯しム
ラシ状態であることを表示する。一方、炊飯完了
に伴ない鍋が温度低下した数分間の経過後に再加
熱スイツチDSをONせしめて再加熱スイツチDS
及び再加熱選択スイツチSSを介して再びヒータ
ーH1に一定時間だけ通電し、鍋を再加熱する。
そして、再び高温となつた鍋は所謂二度炊きが行
なわれ再加熱スイツチDSのOFFにより完了す
る。やがて、炊飯スイツチMSの可動接点MS−a
が第1接点MS−bから第2接点MS−cに切り換
わつた炊飯完了時点より所定時間(約15〜20分
間)経過すると、タイマースイツチTSの可動接
点TS−eが第2タイマー接点TS−gから第1タ
イマー接点TS−fに切り換え接続されて初期状
態に復帰し、且つタイマーモーターTMに抵抗値
の小さいヒーターH1が並列接続され、この並列
回路は前記抵抗体H3に直列接続されるため、並
列回路の両端電位が下がりタイマーモーターTM
は動作停止する。そして、抵抗体H3とヒーター
H1の直列回路が形成されヒーターH1より抵抗値
の大きい抵抗体H3が発熱し保温状態となり保温
表示ランプL3が点灯する。やがて、鍋が70度付
近まで温度低下すると、サーマルリードスイツチ

ら、炊飯完了後の所定時間の経過後に自動的にタ
イマーモーターを停止せしめ炊飯の初期状態に復
帰するため、次回の炊飯時に誤つたタイマー動作
を行なうことが防止されると共に炊飯の初期状態
の復帰及びタイマーモーターの停止はタイマース
イツチの一動作(第1タイマー接点の接続)のみ
でよい。又、タイマースイツチの第2タイマー接
点にはムラシ表示ランプを接続したため炊飯初期
のタイマーモーターの一定時間の計時作動中にム
ラシ表示ランプが点灯するのが防止される。特に
前述の様にタイマースイツチの第1及び第2タイ
マー接点を巧みに利用して所定時間の経過後にタ
イマーモーターの作動停止を行ない炊飯初期状態
に復帰せしめると共に炊飯開始初期にムラシ表示
ランプが点灯するのを防止でき、電気回路が頗る
