保温を自動化した業務用電気式自動炊飯機の制御

交流電源とヒータ1とを断続する手動電源スイツ
チ、L1はスイツチS1が閉じているとき点灯する
電源ランプ、Fはヒユーズ、2は炊飯開始時期を

を選択する切換スイツチ、21はその自動側端
子、22はその手動側端子、T1は前記自動側端
子21に接続されたタイムスイツチ用タイマであ

中央部に当接して配された温度センサ、3は該温
度センサ31の出力および炊飯タイマTC1の出力
を入力して電磁リレー30により作動される自動
切換接点4を作動させる制御回路、32は該制御
回路の電源回路に設けられた手動スイツチであ
り、電磁リレー30への通電は前記手動切換スイ
ツチ2で常閉接点b1を介して行うか手動スイツチ
32を介して行うかのいずれかが選定出来る。自
動切換接点4は炊飯端子41と再加熱側端子42
とを有し、炊飯端子には手動電源スイツチS1とヒ
ータ1との間に挿入された接点4aを有する炊飯
用電磁スイツチのリレー43および炊飯ランプ
L2が接続され、再加熱側端子42には再加熱お
よび保温の自動手動および停止を切換える手動切
換えスイツチ5が接続されている。手動切換スイ
ツチ5は再加熱および保温を自動的に行うための
自動再加熱回路6および保温回路7が接続された
端子51と、再加熱および保温を停止するOFF
端子52と、手動で再加熱を行うための手動端子
53とを有し、自動再加熱回路6には第1の時限
リレーであるタイマT2が接続されている。タイ
マT2は再加熱回路6に挿入された常開接点a2と
後記するタイマT3への通電回路に設けた常開接
点a3とを有し、入力後設定時間経過してから接点
a2,a3を閉じる。タイマT3は、時限リレーであ
り、前記自動再加熱回路6に接点a2と直列して挿
入された常閉接点b3と保温回路7に挿入した常開
接点a4を有し、接点a3が閉じてから設定時間後接
点a4を閉じると共に接点b3を開く。9は保温回路
7に接続され、ヒータ線1Aへの通電用接点9a
を開閉する保温用電磁リレーであり、L3はヒー
タ線1Aへの通電時に点灯する保温ランプであ

換接点4は再加熱および保温側42に接続し、電
磁リレー43は通電が停止されて接点4aを開
き、ヒータ1による炊飯は停止されると共に切換
スイツチ5を介して再加熱回路6からタイマT2
に電流が供給される。またタイマT1、タイマT2
は設定時間(たとえば1分間)経過後、接点a2お
よびa3を閉じ、これにより電磁リレー43は通電
されて再び接点4aが閉じ再加熱が行なわれる。
接点a3が閉じるとタイマT3が作動して該タイマ
T3の設定時間(たとえば5分間)後接点b3が開
くと共に接点a4を閉じる。これにより再加熱は停
止されると共に電磁リレー9が付勢されて接点9
aを閉じ、ヒータ線1Aへの通電を開始し、食缶
Aを保温する。この保温は手動切換スイツチ5を

うにしているので温度センサが故障したときにも
