本考案は毛髪を加熱してカールするのに用いる
ヘアーアイロンに関し、特に放熱特性及び温度の
立上り特性を向上させたヘアーアイロンに関する

本考案のヘアーアイロンは放熱を良好にすると
ともに水蒸気を高効率に発生するために一端に放
射状に溝1を設けるとともに外周に長手方向に溝
2を設けた筒状の放熱体3に端子板5とスペーサ
6,7とにより挟んで固定しその外周を絶縁のた
めに絶縁チユーブ8で被覆したヒータ9を絶縁、
熱伝導性の向上及び固定を設けるためのシリコン
パウンド10を装填して固定し、該放熱体3を多
数の水蒸気の通気孔11を設けたカールパイプ1
2に該放熱体3の溝2を伝つて本体13に浸入す
るのを防止するパツキン15及びガイドパツキン
16により固定し、該カールパイプ12の先端に
水を貯水するリザーバタンク17を摺動可能に保
持するリザーバホルダ18を取着し、該リザーバ
ホルダ18と上記放熱体3の先端との間に上記リ
ザーバタンク17を上記放熱体3の先端とは離間
する方向に付勢力を付与するスプリング19を配
設し、上記リザーバタンク17に該リザーバタン
ク17を第2図の矢印方向に押圧した際に該リザ
ーバタンク17の水を上記放熱体3に供給するフ
エルト20を配設し、上記ヒータ9のリード線2
1に抵抗22及び動作表示用のネオンランプ23
を接続するとともに上記本体13内に固定する固
定接点24,25を接続し、該固定接点24,2
5に回動可能に接続する可動接点26,27を有
するコネクタ28に電源コード29の一端を取着

リザーバタンク17に水を補給して該リザーバタ
ンク17をリザーバホルダ18に取着し、電源コ
ード29の電源プラグ30を電源に接続し、上記
リザーバタンク17を第2図に示す矢印方向に押
圧し、該リザーバタンク17の水をフエルト20
を介して放熱体3に供給するようにし、上記クラ
ンプボタン32を押圧してクランプ31をカール
パイプ12に対して開成(離間)し、該カールパ
イプ12とクランプ31との間に毛髪を位置させ
た後上記クランプボタン32の押圧を解除して該
カールパイプ12とクランプ13との間に毛髪を
位置させ、該カールパイプ12をヒータ9により
放熱体3を加熱することにより加熱するとともに
該放熱体3により上記フエルト20を介して供給
される水を水蒸気にして上記カールパイプ12の
通気孔11より吐出させ、該カールパイプ12に
より毛髪を加熱するとともに毛髪に水蒸気を与え
