In general, one of the manufacturing methods for iron-free core armatures is
A large number of wire rods 1 are arranged in parallel to form a multifilamentary wire sheet material 2.
The multifilamentary sheet material 2 is spirally wound in one direction around the outer periphery of the core material 11 as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, another multifilamentary sheet material 2 is spirally wound around the outer circumference of the inner tube 3 in the opposite direction to the inner tube 3 to form an outer tube 4, and a cylindrical body consisting of these inner and outer tubes 3 and 4 is formed. It has been proposed to form a coil body 6 as shown in FIG. 2 by cutting 5 to a predetermined dimension L.
In this manufacturing method, it is necessary to electrically connect the wire rods 1, 1 of the inner and outer cylinders 3, 4 at the end face portions of the coil body 6 to form a closed loop.

Therefore, conventionally, both wire rods 1, which are to be electrically connected to each other,
1, the laser beam was irradiated over the end face of the wire rods 1 to the area shown by the cross hatched area in the same figure, and the two wire rods 1, 1 were laser welded. Since there is a film layer 12 in between, it is difficult to join the wire rods 1, 1, and there is a problem in that the manufacturability is poor.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
In the present invention, after cutting the cylindrical body 5 formed as shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b to a predetermined dimension L to form the cylindrical body 5, as in the conventional example, at the end surface of the cylindrical body 5, A transparent material 8 provided with a large number of connection terminals 7 for electrical connection between the end faces of the wire rods 1 and 1 of the inner and outer cylinders 3 and 4
The method is characterized in that the connection terminal 7 and the end faces of the wire rods 1 and 1 are laser welded using a wire rod. Figures 4a and b show an annular band-shaped transparent material 8.
An embodiment of the present invention is shown in which a large number of connection terminals 7 are provided on the upper surface, the transparent material 8 is formed from a transparent plate or a transparent film, and the connection terminals 7 are arranged at the same pitch as the winding pitch in the cross section of the coil body 6. Arranged at equal intervals. Further, when the wire rods 1, 1 of the inner and outer cylinders 3, 4 are wound in parallel in the coil body 6, the connection terminals 7 are formed radially on the transparent material 8 as shown in Fig. 5a. When the transparent material 8 and the connecting terminal 7 are wound in different steps, the connecting terminal 7 is formed in an inclined shape as shown in FIG. Alternatively, if the heat generated during welding can be sufficiently withstood, the transparent material 8 may be used only for positioning the connection terminal 7, and the transparent material 8 may be removed after welding.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the wire ends of the inner and outer cylinders constituting the coil body can be easily electrically connected to each other, and the work of forming an electrically closed loop in the coil body is greatly facilitated. Moreover, since the connecting terminal is provided on a plate-like or film-like transparent material, it has the effect that the positioning of the connecting terminal on the end face of the coil body can be performed extremely easily. In addition, since the laser beam is irradiated onto the connection terminal through the transparent material, the laser welding between the connection terminal and the end face of the wire can be performed accurately and efficiently.
